Pure branding and marketing. So many bugs and bad UI and UX design flaws. Restricts instant transfers to one per day without saying why. Have to talk to an AI anytime you want to know why something doesn’t work… it’s ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible experience with Qonto.

My business account was suspended on Wednesday. I immediately provided all documentation requested from me and asked for an urgent resolution. Since then, the support team has effectively gone silent.

What makes the situation even worse is that Qonto’s support is practically impossible to reach. My repeated attempts to connect with a human agent are simply shut down because the system recognises that there is already an “existing case.” So while my business account remains blocked, I am also prevented from meaningfully escalating the issue or speaking to someone who can actually help.

Meanwhile, my business operations are effectively frozen. My card is blocked, I cannot pay suppliers or normal business expenses, and Meta has now stopped my advertising campaigns because the payments cannot be processed.

For a business, this is not a minor inconvenience. Stopping advertising can have serious consequences for visibility, lead generation, conversions and ultimately the customer experience. Every additional day this remains unresolved creates further financial and operational damage.

I also have still not received a clear explanation of the grounds on which my account was suspended, despite having provided the requested documentation.

I fully understand that financial institutions need to carry out compliance checks. What I do not understand is how a business banking provider can completely restrict a company’s ability to operate and then become practically unreachable when urgent support is needed.

For a service that positions itself as a business banking solution, this experience has been horrible. A business needs to be able to rely on its banking provider, especially when something goes wrong. Honestly appalling.

The AI bot is stuck in a AI loop and getting human help is impossible. Support@qonto was asked to close the conversations and has failed to do so in going past 48 hours. Still waiting for help. Barney

I've been very happy using Qonto until my account was suspended over a week ago and since then I've been trying to speak to someone with no luck. I haven't been told what document is missing, and what I can do to unblock it. That's not acceptable in my opinion.
