More than one month with no updates since my order. Support is saying to wait. Requested a refund, hope this will be fulfilled. They're probably using multiple websites to hide their bad reviews.
Bad company. I ordered twice & never received my orders. Scam artists. Stay away from this company. I emailed twice regarding my order they hadn’t the manners or decency to reply.
Seller did not disclose that the items were shipping from China rather than from within the U.S. The USPS tracking number provided initially showed no tracking information, so I contacted customer service. I was then informed the order was shipping from China and requested to cancel because it would not arrive in time for its intended purpose. My cancellation request was denied.
After the order was delivered, I requested a return and refund under the company's advertised "no questions asked" 60-day money-back guarantee because I no longer needed the unopened item. The request was denied. Customer service stated that refunds are only available for damaged or defective products, which is inconsistent with the advertised guarantee.
This companry are thieves. Took my money, claimed to have shipped a product. Evri, predictably, lost it (assuming they *did* actually ship anything). PurePath refuse to take any responsibility or refund me, compensate me or replace the item.
Avoid like the plague.

Their Pure Path Glove product doesn’t work as advertised - it doesn’t remove much or any pet hair on any material I tried it on. It’s not worth $29 for 2, nor even $5 at that. It’s a dollar store quality junk product. They won’t refund the item despite their 60 day guarantee on their website. I contacted them the day after receiving the product. They try to offer a partial refund for their useless junk product and threaten a high return cost, contrary to their claim of “hassle free returns”. All of their positive reviews are fake. Stay away from this company and don’t buy anything from them.
