It is a good product but the monthly expense for the app makes it hard to afford. I seriously doubt being able to afford for long, otherwise I would give 5 stars but with the subscription price and ha... See more

Pulsetto is a simple, safe, and easy-to-use device that stimulates the vagus nerve by sending electrical impulses to your neck, resulting in a decrease in heart rate and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" system.
This makes you feel calmer, less worried, and less nervous, which considerably improves sleep quality!

After just 3 weeks I feel I’m sleeping better and longer and feeling calmer - near-unflappable really. I’m also feeling sharper and finding it easier to stay on task and express myself clearly.
Makes sense based on research I recently came across indicating that vagus nerve stimulation halted and may even have reversed symptoms of cognitive decline in mice.
The vibration of the device (ie the electromagnetic stimulation of the vagus nerve itself) isn’t the most pleasant feeling IMHO - it doesn’t hurt but it’s weird and a little jarring. Moving the device around and reducing the intensity level helps w this but regardless - the effect I’m getting is worth it either way.
I keep it on me and turn it on several times throughout the day, as well as shortly before I go to bed.
I don’t get migraines so can’t speak to that issue but If you have sleep challenges and/or mood disorder and/or concerns about cognitive decline I’d go ahead and order one.

Product does so much to lessen my chronic pain and sleep issues. I also use it for intractable headaches and stress. The customer service is amazing, quick and responsive. I had some hardware issues early on and they replaced it immediately. I use it several times a day and have done so for a couple of years now. I even got my mom and brother one. Love it!!

The device operates fine, but I have no benefits from it so far

The device is amazing I use it on nights that I am a little too wired to go to sleep but I need sleep. I use the sleep mode and I am ready to fall asleep almost right away. I want to use it for all the other options but I have not been able to yet but I am excited too

I have MS which gave me intermittent electrical shocks in different parts of my body. Since using the Pulsetto they have decreased immensely.

Pulsetto has been great—my experience has been excellent, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality and support they provide. I use their Gut Health Program and have had a great experience with it, and I would definitely recommend Pulsetto to others.

Amazing product. I use it as part of my meditation protocol and it helps deepen my session. I also stay pretty centered throughout my work day. I love the different sessions and very glad that there is a personal protocol. Would highly recommend.

I have sufferred from insomnia for many years. I take several sleep supplements as well as prescription sleep meds and still have trouble not only falling asleep but waking up several times during the night. Since using Pulsetto i fall asleep faster. I have been able to almost discontinue the supplements and i have decreased my prescription sleep medication. I don’t wake up as much during the night and am feeling better rested.

Where do I even begin? This device has completely changed my life. For many years I have had so many problems with my throat due to allergies, and also losing my voice as a result. On top of that, I have dealt with my neck muscles being so tense and my jaw clenching so tight, I get emotional just talking about how frustrating it has been to not know how to solve the issue. I’ve been to ENT’s, I’ve gotten massages and chiro treatment, which all have helped to some degree, but now….i finally have found a solution- a LASTING solution to the constant anxiety and problems I have had over the years with my throat (especially hard as an actress). I can now say with full confidence- PULSETTO has truly changed my life and I am finally healing!! Thank you so very much for giving me my voice back and my neck now feels so much lighter and has given me so much freedom! I can’t thank you enough - what a wonderful gift. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ @winwithamy

I have struggled with staying asleep longer than I can name. Falling asleep was easy. Staying asleep was a a challenge. The stress and anxiety would take over and keep me awake. Since using the Pulsetto I have been able to sleep through the night. This has been a game changer for me since I get stuck in the flight or fight mode. I'm finally able to get some relief! Thank you :-)

I started sleeping better after using Pulsetto after a couple of months. I went without Pulsetto for a couple of weeks and my sleep deteriorated. I am starting back up and am looking forward to sleeping again.

I purchased the Pulsetto Fit about 8 months ago and am very happy with it. It has multiple options for comfort as well as intensity and you can change them at any time. I had some trouble with the app and settings in the beginning and was getting some charging errors, however, the customer service rep showed me how to set up the app (I had done it incorrectly) and assured me that the charging errors would correct themselves in the next app update. And that is exactly what happened. No issues at all with the unit now! It holds a charge for multiple days and charges relatively quickly. I fully recommend.

Having the option of just buying the unit without paying extra for meditation classes, and other extras that might not be attractive to someone who has pursued mindfulness practice for decades. I combine the pulsetto with a portable rTMS device, and aural frequency modulation via headphones (e.g., binaural beats). It's nice to have add-ons and peripherals, but for a company with a great product like your external vagus stimulator, more transparency makes you look better, in terms of packaging.
I'm just now entertaining the idea of investigating a new unit because the extension slides seem to be wearing out. But overall my experience has been good. Having some kind of velcro strap attachment to hold the electrodes in place or tighten contact with the skin would be helpful for people like me who like to adjust the angle of the contacts or their tension against the skin.

I bought the pulsetto to help reduce my cortisol, which in turn I figured would help reduce the overwelm with stress, which would then in turn help reduce the amount of seizures that I have. The doctors have recommended that I get an internal Vegas nerve stimulator, but I do not want to mess with my voice. This was a good alternative for me. It has been great. I use it every morning and night. I love it. The reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't like the tube the gel comes in, I don't like the gel (it may be a necessary part, but it is inconvenient and makes a mess), and my app never opens the first time in the morning. I always have to open it twice. For these reasons I find it to be a bit glitchy still, but I have recommended the Pulsetto to many of my friends and 2 have purchased it - for sleep, and stress. They appreciate the results.

I was Skeptical at first and very pleasantly surprised with the relief I’ve experienced using Pulsetto. Brought on Fam trip and several from my “tribe” plan on purchasing. So grateful to be able to share the pain and stress relief with loved ones - Thank you!😊

I’ve had my Pulsetto for about 2 months now and I can definitely tell a difference in my sleep patterns. I sleep deeper and if I do wake up in the middle of the night, generally I can fall back to sleep faster.
I wanted it to help with teeth grinding, but so far I’m still dealing with that. I’m hoping as I continue using the Pulsetto twice daily, that will correct itself.

I have been able to increase my ability to fall asleep rapidly and stay asleep longer.
