It is a good product but the monthly expense for the app makes it hard to afford. I seriously doubt being able to afford for long, otherwise I would give 5 stars but with the subscription price and ha... See more

Pulsetto is a simple, safe, and easy-to-use device that stimulates the vagus nerve by sending electrical impulses to your neck, resulting in a decrease in heart rate and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" system.
This makes you feel calmer, less worried, and less nervous, which considerably improves sleep quality!

The PULSETTO works amazing. I am sleeping better than ever and managing my anxiety. I have recommended to family members and they love it too.
I bought a Pulsetto device in February or March this year. I never activated or even tried the “premium” function. I have been billed several times for $45+. The only way to stop this is to cancel the card that i used when i bought the device. It is a huge hassle as i live overseas most of the year. I also bought the travel case. Also a huge waste of of money. It’s too large to put in my carryon. The device does work but isn’t pleasant to use. I use it for sleep only and it does work. I would give no stars if I could.
I’ve been using Pulsetto for the past 2 months and have yet to see any measurable difference in my Oura or Apple Watch health scores. This device doesn’t deliver on its promises. The core issue is misleading marketing. There’s no solid evidence that neck-based stimulation actually targets the vagus nerve effectively. Ear devices have some research behind them, but even that evidence is minimal. Pulsetto appears to be another expensive gadget capitalizing on wellness buzz—using terms like “vagus nerve stimulation” and “parasympathetic nervous system activation” to sell the dream of better sleep and reduced stress.
The reality? Two months in, I have nothing to show for it. If you’re considering this purchase, save your money and look into evidence-based alternatives instead.
I've used pulsetto for a year now it has relieved the tension and pain from bone spurs in my neck.
I bought a device but never added a subscription. I never even used the the free subscription trial. My account clearly shows that I don’t have an active subscription. Today, however, I found a 45.09EUR charge on my card. I sent a email to Pulsetto and I received a reply stating that “ we're currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries. As a result, our response may take 1–3 business days.”
This is obviously a scam. Please be aware.
Excellent device, very comfortable to wear, app is easy navigate. Using the Pulsetto can bring lots of benefits, dependiing on frequency of use and how one tailors the sessions, to suit personal requirements
Total frauds. Charge monthly subscription fees for I don’t know what. Have tried for months to stop them. They told me they have no record of my account and yet they bill me monthly on my credit card. My bank advised me the only way to stop their fraud is to cancel my credit card so they have no credit card to charge. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and asked they involve law enforcement. DON’t GIVE THESE FRAUDSTERS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER or they will use it against your wishes.
The device works as stated and it helps me. It’s very similar to my beloved Gamma Core that was denied by insurance years ago. I love the app and the ease of use.
I was skeptical at first. I figured it would hurt or be uncomfortable. I was so wrong. Worried for nothing. The app is easy to use. I felt so much better after the first session. Only takes as long as you want it to and My entire being is better now! I highly recommend this for anyone stressed out or anxious.
Really has helped my stress and deep sleep

Easy to use, works well. I have a large neck, so the device could be a bit bigger as it doesn’t reach fully to where I believe it should sit, but it is just close enough for benefits to appear.

I’m just getting used to the Pulsetto device it’s uncomfortable still but I hope I will
Manage to get used to it. I was surprised that I had to buy a subscription after I bought the device. I am still waiting to see the results.

This thing hurt my right lymph node. It tried very hard to kill me, and I survived. I have no idea if there are any good humans out there, but I will survive as long as I can before I give up on this species for good.

The device itself is okay but the company itself lacks integrity and any responsibility. I keep getting billed after cancelling multiple times. They offered a 50% refund and then tried to talk me into staying and then after numerous contacts with their AI support. I'm still unsure if I even reached anyone. Do not give them your billing information.

I feel like it’s really helped calm my vagus nerve and made me a calmer person.

I absolutely love the product itself—it’s a clear 5 out of 5 on performance.

Drug free way to get an excellent nights sleep. I normally fall asleep before the session has ended.
