Scam – Stay Away
I ordered a VPS from this hosting provider, and according to their own Terms of Service, the server should be delivered within 3 hours. It’s now been several days, and I still haven’t received anything.
There was no indication during checkout that servers were “out of stock.” Only after I opened a support ticket—over 24 hours later—did they respond saying they’re out of stock, with no estimated delivery time.
I requested a refund, but they’ve completely ignored it. At the time of writing this review, several days have passed, and I’ve received no server, no proper response, and no refund. They are not honoring their own terms and are ignoring support tickets.
Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Regarding the delivery timeframe: as per our Terms of Service, provisioning can take up to 24 hours in some cases, and that delay was respected. We also want to stress that no ticket or refund request is ever ignored. All support messages are handled, often under 30 minutes, and any delay in your case was not intentional.

Our agency manages e-commerce websites, and we made the unfortunate decision to host with PrivateAlps. The server they sold us has been offline for four days now, and we’ve received zero communication from their support team. Tickets and Telegram messages go unanswered, and there’s no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. This outage is causing immense damage to our clients and to our agency’s reputation. PrivateAlps is not a company you can rely on.

VPN privateAlps experience
This is my review only of the VPN I bought for a month. Everything else I already explained in my first review of this company. Refer to that for more info on how they "handle" things.
it was 5 bucks so that's cheap.
However the speed isn't very high ( max 100mbps) and it cuts of often. You then need to restart your vpn client etc... the cutoffs are what makes or breaks this.
as it is it's unusable. I have a feeling their vpn node restarts every so often.
Edit they claim this was from 6 months ago.
I bought the vpn on the 3rd of mai 2024 Contract number: 00011320
Meaning they have such a mess in their organization that they don't even attribute experiences properly. And mix up customers. -1 Star for this
they are currently also on a buying spree trying to get their users to post good reviews for free vps months and other stuff ( monetary compensation) do not trust the latest reviews made since 24/05/2024

This "customer" is lying, he ordered a VPN 1 months ago, and decided to put a bad review because he wants to damage the image of our company, he never had any issue on his VPN, under the pretext that this user has not had validation on a previous dispute (where he was wrong) he invents new bad reviews, moreover according to his same threats, we are waiting for legal action in the Swiss criminal court! But nothing will happen because this gentleman is a liar and a defamer.
The VPNs are actually burst at 100mbps, but benefits of an anti-ddos network protection, over the last 6 months, the VPN node have an uptime of 99.75%, there is no problem.
Please do not take seriously the review of this user who only wants to defame !

I've been using PrivateAlps for a while now and based on my experience I disagree with people here. Their support has been blazing fast that's for sure, their server variety very rich and okay pricing could be a bit better but since it a a security focused provider it's totally understandable.

After checking, you did not pay for your services on time, you made a deposit after the renewal date of your service, and you came to claim from support too late, PrivateAlps gives you 7 days to renew, and on top of that, gives you 48 hours to contact us to recover your service.
If you do not pay for the service and do not meet the renewal deadlines, we can no longer do anything for you.
In addition, you have not subscribed to a backup plan.
