Everything went well, despite the Chrome browser had problems displaying text issues, which prompted me to book the tour through the Explorer browser on my tablet.
Since the reservation data was not entered on the tablet, I made a mistake in the name when entering it. I have been writing letters in support for a week, asking for help to correct the name, and there has been no reaction, except for an automatic response. Considering that the platform is the same as another service, next time I will be even more careful and place an order through another service

The hotel is in a beautiful area – the town is charming, surrounded by mountains, and there are plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by several small but noticeable issues. One of the main problems was the very late check-in time. After an early morning flight, having to wait another 6 hours to check in was really inconvenient and tiring. While nothing was terribly wrong, the quality just wasn’t quite there for a relaxing holiday. Not terrible, but not somewhere I’d return to.

Everything went very easy even for somebody who never book trip online, all documents sent on email. No issues during vacation and reservations. 100% recomend this webside. I will use it again.

Absolute scammers. i booked an evening flight, and paid extra for that, however the flight was cancelled, and we had to leave the hotel at 04.00 in the morning. It means they stole us the full day of vacation as i booked 10 nights and 11 days. They refuse to reimbourse this day for 2 people, neither the overpayment for the later flight. absolute scammers!

This was our first time making a reservation through this unreliable company, and it has been a frustrating experience. We booked and paid for a room, which made our kids very excited. However, on the second day, they canceled our reservation, claiming that the room was no longer available. This was untrue, as the room was still available; they simply raised the price! We had received confirmation of our reservation, yet they canceled it and then increased the price. This treatment is unacceptable! They didn't even offer us an alternative solution! Now, we have to wait for them to refund our money, which is causing me both time and mental fatigue. I am very disappointed with their poor service.

Terrible experience, irresponsible customer service!

I am extremely disappointed with Prijsvrij Vakanties and the way they treat their customers. I booked a trip through them, but my flight schedule was changed without any reasonable support from their side. When I reached out for a solution, they simply referred to their policies stating that flight schedules can change, without taking any responsibility for the inconvenience this caused me.

- No timely notification: I was not properly informed in advance about this change, which made it very difficult for me to adjust my plans.
- Terrible customer service:When I contacted them for a more suitable alternative, all I got were generic responses like "we have no control over this,"instead of any real effort to help.
- No support, no compensation:Even though this change caused significant inconvenience, they did not offer any compensation or a reasonable alternative—just a "take it or leave it" approach.

A responsible travel company should support its customers instead of avoiding responsibility and shifting all the blame to the airline.If you are considering booking with Prijsvrij Vakanties, think twice!I will never book with them again and would not recommend them to anyone

Using this app with my bf alredy for couple years, everytime nice deal and we never been disappointed

The website is easy to use, but the clientservice is far from perfect. They are kind, but not helped with my question.

During our Alanya holidays organized by Sunmix we were cheated by guide representative that Sunmix co-operates with : Holidays Expert.
They sold us a deal that doesn't exist in the "Grand Alanya Hamam", promised to fix it, we went there second time and the same story happened: "hour massage + hammam is not possible" it appeared that after canceling remaining 2 appointments (for 6 people) money refund is not possible.
We also bought there a trip where (I wrote it all down while he was listing atrractions) he promised jeeps and some kids swimming fun 0 while jeeps were not in the programme at all and swimming attraction was a not working river slide, not some slides at the beach that he described.
Sunmix, you should verify who you co-operate with. We met people in Hamam who were cheated the same way we were, Oggy - our holidays representative at Grant Kaptan" hotel is using some word tricks in order to sell his deals and the never takes responsibility for his dirty buisness. Is you check their google opinions you'll see that we were not the first ones that were cheated on. So please take some steps.
Moreover, I have reported this claim via Prijsvrij and got a very late response (after 9 days) when our holidays were already finished,so during 10 days holidays we were left without support and being played by Holidays Expert and Grand Alanya Hamam "managers".

I just recently booked a vacation together with my friends and I can say that the process of booking is so smooth. Prijsvrij offers affordable vacation days anywhere here in europe. You can easily track lowest offers because they send an email to update you from time to time. So excited to visit another country next month.

Prijsvrij.nl was very easy to navigate. It gave many options for the vacation I was looking for and once I decided which to choose, the booking process was easy and went smoothly.
