I was able to locate two gift cards…
I was able to locate two gift cards that I purchased for my Mom back in March. My Mom, not being computer/phone savvy, gave me the wrong email address; therefore, we could not find them. Thanks to the Customer Care @ Prezee, she handled everything via chat and was able to locate them both quickly. She was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. I can't thank her enough for all her time and effort. You're amazing!!

Service associate told me it could be used to buy an Amazon Gift Card if purchased in the US. They were WRONG and now I'm stuck with not being able to get a refund or finding somewhere else to use this. Service needs to be better trained on their product.
