It’s active and has the full $50.00 balance on Pizza Hut’s balance site. Nothing has been spent.
When a Pizza Hut card with a balance is declined, it’s usually one of these:
Ordering online or in the app. Enter it under Gift Card at checkout, not as a credit card, and include the PIN.
Ordering in store. Some Pizza Hut locations are independently run and can be set up differently. If one location won’t take it, another usually will.
If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team with order 601227 and we’ll fix it. Every card is covered by our guarantee: if a card has any issue, report it within 100 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
