I was feeling very hopeful about the…
I was feeling very hopeful about the courses, but it takes them WEEKS to mark the assessments and you have to pay extra for “faster marking”.
I feel quite disappointed as there is also not a platform on the app to prompt them about the assessment process and find out why it may be delayed.
I hope the issue can be resolved soon, at least via this platform as there is no way to contact them on the app.

Our standard assessment marking timeframe is 5–7 working days, and our tutors work to grade every assessment as quickly as possible within this timeframe.
Express Marking is an entirely optional service for students who would like their assessment marked within 1–2 working days, for example if they are working towards a particular deadline or want to complete their course more quickly. It is not something students need to purchase as part of their course.
If your assessment has gone beyond the standard timeframe, please reach out to our team directly and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
