amazing delivery, all my plants arrived safe and sound , they were well protected from damages.

Shipping was fast and the plants arrived in amazing quality.

I ordered 2x sustainability box m and 1x sustainability box s . I ordered both boxed peviously and back then there were beautiful plant in there. Most times it was half of the plants are something special and the other half is not. This time sadly i feel like none of the m sized plants are something special and sadly i got all plants twice. (And they were supposed to be a birthday gift to a friend but now i don‘t dare to give them to her because they are nothing special)
2 simple Syngonium, 2 Chamaedorea, 2 monstera deliciosa, 2 monkey leaf and 2 Anthurium (the leafs are simple green, i don‘t know the exact kind)
The small set seems nicer/ more special.
And the plants were packed nicely, all the damage i can see must have been there before packing

Reliable and easy to use. I made multiple orders from this company. I like the website and all the additional information and filters on the plants. It's very easy to find and save something and keep using it after the purchase to check on what the plant could need. Package contains some plastic, but the fragile plants are well packed and delivery was always smooth.

I ordered plants and potting soil from this company. When I opened the bag of soil, it was completely covered in mold and clearly unusable.
I contacted customer support and expected a replacement for the defective product. Instead, I was told they would provide a discount code for a new bag of soil, but I would still have to pay the shipping costs myself. I don't think it's fair that customers have to pay additional shipping to replace a product that arrived defective.
I replied to explain my concerns, but I haven't received any response for several days.
The plants were fine, but the way this issue has been handled is very disappointing. I expected better customer service and a proper replacement for a faulty product.

After writting this recomandation I got a new batch of soil and I am happy with it

I had a wonderful experience with this plant shop! My order arrived very quickly, and all of the plants were packaged incredibly well. The packaging was smart, secure, and protected every plant perfectly during shipping – there wasn't a single damaged leaf.
All of the plants arrived healthy, pest-free, and in excellent condition. They have settled into their new home beautifully and are thriving. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this shop again. Highly recommended!

Disappointing experience: plants arrived damaged and stressed despite paying full price

I ordered from this site and paid full price for my plants, expecting them to arrive in good health. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and the overall experience was quite disappointing.

The main issues:

Damaged packaging: The box arrived completely crushed, showing that the packaging was not sturdy enough to protect the plants during transit.Condition of the plants: Inside, the plants looked visibly stressed and battered. There were several yellow leaves and some were completely broken.Quality vs Price: Even though the plant varieties themselves are beautiful, the quality I received felt like clearance or discounted items due to their poor state. However, I paid the full standard price for them.

Final thoughts:
It is frustrating to receive plants in such bad shape when you pay full price. While I understand that shipping living things is hard, the selection and packaging need to be much better. I hope they improve this service for future customers.

I placed two orders with PLNTS.com.

In one of the packages I recieved, three plants were missing, and in the other package, unfortunately, two plants died during shipping (at least I hope that was the problem).

No big deal—these things happen, I thought. The week before, customer service had responded super fast when I asked about the tracking number. So I texted them again—once when the three plants were missing and once when the other two plants arrived dead (which I also documented with photos that I sent to PLNTS.com).

Since then, unfortunately, I’ve been ignored. No quick response as promised, and apparently no intention of responding either. While the response time was great last week, I’m now unfortunately being ignored.

Well there is nothing to protect them from heat they all arrived really stressed and hanging, im lucky I saved them in time. The plastic containes arent a good idea, and the dirt/soil was everywhere so maybe something to cover it would be great. Other than that the plants look okay two had leaves I had to cut off because they look bad.

Cool plants, well packaged. But the transporter turned over the box and it spilled soil from the pots.
There is two plants out of eight that are not in perfect shape, I'm not specialist so I hope they are going to prosper correctly 🙏

ordered 2 sustainability boxes and a couple of loose plants. Transport took a bit long especially for the current temperatures so everything was quite sad when arrived and unfortunately the the Sunstainability box (M) came with fungus gnat's so the already in not so great shape plants are up for another challenge.

On my current order the wrong product was sent, and I do not eant it. I received an apology and offer of 50% off a full price product, postage not covered. The bottom line is i did nit receive what I ordered, do not want it, and just wanted the correct product sent out, as it is to replace somethibg for a friend. As a compromise I asked if I could get a refund of €8.95 on the sale item that was not sent. I was told the vest they will offer is 50% off another product, without the postage been covered.
A previous irder was greatly delayed without been given notice. I needed to contact to find out what was happening. It was due to arrive while on holiday, as it was greatly delayed. Products would die. I had to organise at greta effort someone to receive and unpack and look after, which is not easy.

The plant I ordered arrived with two completely yellow leaves, and two almost yellow leaves. When I complained about it, the answer was that this happened during transport. I don’t think that leaves of an Alocasia go from green to yellow in 3 days. As an answer they offered 25% discount on a new order… as if.

Nothing to say about the delay of the shipment, the order arrived quite fast.
However, i am quite disappointed concerning the quality of the plants i bought.
I ordered 3, one big one and two small ones.
The small ones, arrived in not a perfect shape. They started loosing their leaves (which weren't many already) right away. Now, after only 1 month I received them, they're pretty much leavless, probably death :(
The big one is doing better.
I also bought two ceramic pots to go with two small plants which i ordered at the same time ( following the size instructions from the website). However the pots are too big for the plans.....
To conclude, unfortunately, I can't say to be satisfied with the quality of the plants. Expecially the small ones, they are not worth to buy online.

Even though the package was turned on its side from the delivery guy. Everything was fine! Really great job! Plants were nice and healthy!!

By far the worst customer service ever, they are not reachable and they never get back to you.
I made an order on 8th june and My order was held in transit for 8 days. I cancelled my order on the 17th only to receive it in 18th.
Moreover i have order three plants and i received 2 plants and a seed !!!!

Nice shop design, great selection, fast delivery.

I bought 2 giftcards - one for 50€ and one for 25€ (bc you can NOT buy in total for 75€) and only the 50€ arrived?? After i complained,they sent the 25€ again, which took another 2 weeks almost just to say it was delivered when it wasn't! It was an actual present for a colleague so how EMBARRASSING IS THIS? How difficult can it be to sent a letter with a gift card as a company??

We placed our order in April, we bought a plant and a pot.

The order arrived after some times and it only had a broken pot inside and no plant at all.

We’ve managed to get a refund for the pot (although they’ve tried to give us a refund as a discount code, but eventually they accepted to refund us on our payment method).
They then stated that a new plant was being sent, but the tracking info that they provided won’t work, as if the delivery doesn’t exist at all.

The support stopped answering and it’s ghosting us since one week, so we are now left without the plant and without any refund for it.

What should we do?
Very disappointed with the delivery and with the customer service.

Its geate to have plants with different hights to chose from. Overall delivery packaging is rly clean and protects the plants perfectly!
