I am very disappointed with Plus Poland SIM card service. The internet connection is extremely bad. The speed is slow, pages don’t load properly, and sometimes there is no signal at all — even in normal city areas.
What makes it worse is that I have had better internet connection in the jungle of Thailand than with Plus in Poland. That says everything. In 2026, this level of service is unacceptable.
I do not recommend Plus if you rely on stable mobile internet for work, streaming, or daily use. Very frustrating experience.
Absolute trash internet provider who lies about their response times.
Our internet stopped working, they couldn't fix it remotely. Even though they promise to fix all issues within 48 hours, they said they can't send someone out until another week. Lying snakes. Worst service ever.
I regret spending a large amount of money, worth $450,000, with this telecommunication company. They promised reliable service, fast connections, and excellent customer support, but instead, I experienced frequent outages, slow internet, and unexpected billing issues.
At first, everything seemed fine, but soon problems started. Calls dropped constantly, the internet lagged, and my bills had unexplained charges. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with long wait times, empty promises, and no real solutions. Instead of fixing the issues, they kept finding ways to charge more.
Thankfully, the name in my bio helped me sort out everything and recover what I lost. Without them, I would have been stuck dealing with this mess.
This has been a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service and honest billing.
