Delivery super fast 5 stars, but costumer support maybe 2 stars. Waiting until now for an answer.
Unfortunately, the product I received was defect and failed after 10 minutes of use, but PlusLED immediately shipped a new unit and shipping label so I could return the defect dimmer.

UPDATE: False Advertising / Poor Customer Service
I ordered:
86612 SMD LED Strip 230V | 50m | 4000K | 1500lm/m | 12W/m | IP65 | ECO
86611 SMD LED Strip 230V | 25m | 4000K | 1500lm/m | 12W/m | IP65 | ECO
Both items were well received but they are not 12 W/m as advertised but 10 W/m as indicated on the packaging which appears to be sent directly from the manufacturer in China. I contacted PlusLED for an explanation with no response now after 3 weeks
UPDATE: PlusLED very quickly contacted me after posting this review on Trustpilot. Our exchange was positive and professional and the issue was clarified. According to Plus LED the packaging / box was mislabeled.
I do plan to shop with PlusLED again since I find the products have an excellent price/performance ratio. However, I hope that their customer service will be more proactive in the future rather than reactive to a bad Trustpilot review.

I ordered 10 LED lights of which 2 had minor defects and they send 2 fully new ones straight away. I just expected replacement parts or first returning the damaged products, but this was way more then to expect. Awesome!

Dissapointment
The website clearly stated that the product was available but when I ordered it I got a message saying that it will be available much later. If I had known I had to wait so long I would have ordered on Amazon instead. I'm dissapointed.

I bought your post light from Amazon
I bought your post light from Amazon. 9.88x9.88x 10.63. Worked fine for last summer then not used. The light bulb now flickers. Amazon says it is your problem. Please help me. I love the light but it is not dependable.
