I was only in Dublin for a day and decided on the spur of the moment to get a piercing. Thanks to an online reservation, I was able to get an appointment just half an hour after making that decision. At the studio, Izabela provided outstanding advice regarding the piercings I wanted (conch and rook). The consultation, instructions, preparation, jewelry selection, and the actual piercing process took about 40 minutes. Since I was just passing through, I was even given some aftercare supplies to take with me. I am more than happy with my two souvenirs from Ireland.

Excellent as always. Just went in on Friday 10 July to get a jewellery change and an earring put back in that had fell out and the young guy (forget his name but have dealt with him before-Irina and Charlie's son) was so nice and so helpful as usual. He also checked all of my other earrings as I'm not good at doing that! There were other staff there and they were all so sweet and welcoming. Such a lovely place and you never feel unwelcome. Unbelievably there was no charge for this and this is a really nice touch (I know I've been a customer for years but it's still very nice to be told that). Thanks so much for a lovely and welcoming experience and the young staff there were lovely and so helpful. Lovely place, so clean and though I was early for my appointment, that was no problem. Top marks again for everything and I'd highly recommend Piercer Charles. Don't even think about going anywhere else! Thanks so much! Joanne

Really experienced staff member. Very helpful. Went through the whole process from start to finish. Would highly recommend, knew the exact style explained and was able to recommend many examples of jewlery that was suitable to my taste and style.

Excellent Service and Advice
I had my appointment for my nose piercing to be downsized on Friday with Isabella. However when she reviewed my piercing she advised that I wait another three weeks. I appreciated her advice and expertise and look forward to having more piercings done in the future.
