Ms Lee our tour guide was wonderful and attentive to our group. She can speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Japanese which is very rare in Japan. She even bought us drinks when we could not purchase from the nearest stall which was already closed at that time with her own money.

Poor support and communication
Recently communicated through their chat as there is no possibility of contact through phone. Requested to speak to manager but they seem to be afraid to talk to me and insist to only communicate through their chat. Please take note of likely limited service escalation as the staff can only provide standard replies.

Fairly easy to book, but customer service follow-up was slow. Had a clarification about a booking (PG2607721HLX) and reached to Khalistio. By the time I received the reply, it was a week later and we had already returned from our trip!
