When we blindly called Paramount Business Jets, Lauren made our experience of getting a jet to fly our son home who was in the hospital in Hawaii and we needed to get him back home in San Diego. Her patience and kindness was really above par. Our son said the crew could not have been more caring, friendly and kind. We would definitely use you again when the call of a private jet is needed.

Grace Under Pressure
Your coordinator Aurelion was instrumental in helping us coordinate an emergency flight home. Definition of grace under pressure. I'm sure it was not an easy job to coordinate what could easily be termed a medical extraction. He even had an ambulance booked and waiting on the tarmac for us when we arrived in Boston.
