Swift email response from PH. They are always helpful. Great site to sell digitals, printables and physical products on. Lots of features and very affordable. They add new features on a regular basis. You can also sell courses, memberships, coaching, etc.

Payhip is an easy-to-use platform that allows small businesses to sell their products online without much hassle. Outside this ease, however, there is also how helpful the Payhip team is. They respond to emails about website functions and how to list particular products within around 12-15 hours (impressive, considering we are in the UK).

The platform has its limits, like not being able to list prices in different currencies (which would be immensely helpful). But it's still admittedly great.

Love the fact there virtually no payment threshold and all this nonsence you find now in Gumroad and other platforms. Have made consistently sales there.

Can't access my account through my e-mail. It says it is not registered, out of nothing. My shop remains available.

I've been using Payhip for almost 6 years now, and I've never faced any issues with them. I always receive my payments on time, they keep their fees low at just 5%, and they're free forever! They also keep introducing amazing quality-of-life updates that make me stick with them, alongside so many customization options. Name any storefront that does all that.

DO NOT USE. I wrote many emails; even used their in-site report to ask them about my account. Nobody replied. This is some scum site.
AVOID IT AND SET YOUR OWN WEBSITE

I am fairly new to Payhip and am just beginning my journey with them as I build my online school.

So far, I have been very pleased with my experience. The platform is well organized, and the instructions have made it possible for me to create and manage my school, even though I am not particularly experienced with the technical side of things.

What I appreciate most is that Payhip gives someone like me the opportunity to turn a longtime dream into something real without needing a great deal of technical knowledge.

Their customer service has also been wonderful. Whenever I have reached out with questions, I have received helpful, courteous responses.

I am still learning and discovering all that Payhip has to offer, but I am very happy with my choice and look forward to growing with them.

I contacted customer service and was able to get my accounts pay hip and strike connected as I was using the wrong pay hip account. The service was excellent.

Lovely platform with fair rates.

I love Payhip. I was looking for something like this for 2 years and only recently I discovered it. I enjoy it a lot. It's very easy to work with it and I love the plans. First of all I love the fact I can do whatever I want.. Everything is free.. No hidden payments. just a fee when someone actually purchase from you and if you want a smaller fee then you can pay monthly. For me this is a BLISS . Also the customer Service is very fast and they answer very nicely and cute i can say. Sometimes some stuff might not be available or what i have in mind doesn't work but they give a very good reply and I am satisfied with the answers I am receiving.

I lost my access to my content on my payhip account and I don't know what happened. I tried to login but strangely, I can't. I've been logging in with the same username and password for more than a decade with no problem and I've been editing my digital products every day, successfully with no problem and I don't understand what happened. I don't know if it's a glitch, but please help me to fix it asap. I only created a new account so I could communicate with your ai, but no one responded and I sent you an email last week and I was hoping you would help me, but your only response was your asking me about my email but it's irrelevant. My email is my only email I'm using and I've been using it for more than a decade. I appreciate your help. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your consideration.
