its a scam dont order it says 4,50 per piece and its 30 per piece dont buy please

This is the first digital store I started with many years ago, and I have tried a lot of others - but I always come back to Stanstore. Love it.

I have been using Stan Store for my business, but my experience with their customer support has been extremely disappointing.

I have contacted Stan Support several times in the past with relatively minor questions and never received a response. Fortunately, I was able to figure out those issues on my own.

However, I am now facing a much more serious problem that I cannot solve without their assistance.

Until October 5, my transaction reports included everything my acountant needs, but from October 6 onwards, some of this information suddenly disappeared.

I have checked both my CSV reports and individual orders. The information is missing everywhere.

I have contacted Stan Support, but once again, I have received no response.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Stan’s Help Center directs customers to contact support by email. But what are customers supposed to do when nobody responds to those emails?

As a business owner, I depend on accurate transaction and tax information to fulfil my accounting and legal obligations. I should not have to worry about whether I can access essential financial records, nor should I have to chase support repeatedly just to get help with a serious issue.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer support.

Please note that this is not just a complain, but also an attempt to get some help resolving my issue.

Still advertises the supplier bundles even when the 50 spaces he allows per supplier have been filled meaning you pay for nothing as the supplier does not answer and customers have no knowledge of this before purchasing. SCAM

The platform is easy to use and full of helpful instructionals. The customer service is better than expected.

First time I ever launched a platform to sell both free and paid assets for my creator business. I didn't realize how simple it was with a place like Stan. It connects to my Google Calendar, it's literally the biggest secret weapon to stay organized, track sales, payouts are simple and fast. Couldn't recommend enough.

The back end set up, the ui and the the platform in general make setting up courses, offerings and links really easy. The payment apis and integrations are fantastic. I had things all over the place and now its just a one stop shop. I've had no complaints from any clients because, bookings, reminders and delivery have all worked the first time. Really love this platform because helped bring in income and make scheduling so much easier for a busy mom like me.

Great services and prompt customer service

I am SO thankful your team responds on the weekends because I am recovering from surgery and cant do much other than hangout on my recliner which has given me a ton of time to make new digital products. Which is what brought me BACK to stan. I used to have an account and it did so well. Excited to be back on Stan and my goal is to make digital products and content back to being my full time income.

I thought my account was lost do to a hack and the team got it BACK and soooo fast! The team was so quick to respond, kind and helped me through it.

I am new to selling digital products on line. These guys are the best for support and timely replies. I especially like that for all 3 support call they make a short video showing where to go to do the task or get information ro resolve my case. I registered cause I was wondering whats going on but after that I understood its absolutely not working for me. I never used its service but it's continue trying to take money for subscription from my card . No technical support no contact nothing who can help me with this qiestion. Recommending,be careful with your subscription:(
