Nothing went right
Nothing went right. I ordered clothes for work and I can't pick them up. Unfortunately, Strauss works with GLS, which is the worst courier company! The package was delivered to the locker, but I didn't receive a code. GLS's communication is at zero. Strauss also tried to contact GLS about the pickup code and hasn't received a response in five days. A company as large as Strauss shouldn't work with such bad courier companies as GLS. This is the second time I've had this problem, and for this reason, I won't be buying from Strauss again.

We have been dealing with this company…
We have been dealing with this company for over two years. In the beginning, the quality of their shoes was excellent, but over time the quality became very poor.
One of the shoes we bought for €130 fell apart, so we contacted them and requested a return. Unfortunately, customer service was very disappointing.
We returned the shoes, but we never received a refund because they claimed they had not received the returned item.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company due to the decline in quality and the poor customer service.

My order is missing for 2 weeks almost. Costumer service is contacting GLS the worst delivery service by far that i have ever seen. No options for resolution of the situation have even been proposed by strauss

Hello, you should have received your order by now. We shipped it on May 26. Unfortunately, I can’t see why there was a delay with GLS.
There was a public holiday in Germany on June 4, so that could be the reason. We apologize for the long wait!
