I purchased 2 books for my great nephews. One for Welcome to the World and also Big Brother Story Books. I had made a mistake and put that we were the grandparents. They offered to redo these books and I just paid for the postage. I really appreciate them redoing these books as they will have them for a long time to come.

Lovely book, will make a fantastic gift

This was a great gift for my parents, who each have a birthday and also share their anniversary within 30 days of each other. The order process was easy, and it came quickly which was good because i ordered it later than i shoudl have and it still came on time. The packaging was very nice and kept the book in great shape. The only thing I would change is that it could be ordered not only for birthdays but also for other events like anniversaries.

The quality and the experience was great. I had made an error on one of my orders and the customer service was amazing and quick in solving the issue. We are extremely pleased and happy with the product and service

I had a issue with not being able to read my dedication. It repeated a word. When I reached out, I received excellent customer service. What a great gift for children.

The book is lovely! It's a birthday gift for my grandson. I'm sure he will love it.

The image on the front cover is perfect but every pages after that is generated different and doesn't look like my child. Every page is a completely different attempt. Next time I'll purchase elsewhere.

I recently ordered two separate personalized books for two different kids, and neither of them looks anything like the children. Not even close.
It is surprising that in this day and age with advanced technology and AI, what they sent is genuinely pathetic—it feels like a lazy, inaccurate copy paste job..

To any future buyers: save your money and stay away from Story Bug. If you want something that actually resembles your kids, look elsewhere.

Such a cute book arrived quickly too the quality is great too

I have bought roughly 5 books from here and never had a problem, always been super with my purchases, however recently I brought one for my own daughter and the inside cover message wasn't what I had written but it was signed by "santa" which is what I wrote. Super weird, a little annoying but otherwise a beautiful book.

Great product. Vivid pictures and easy reading print. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. Kaeless loved being part of the mestory. He reads his book almost everyday.
