On my third order they sent me the wrong colour of Eapadrills that were a gift for my son. I live in Spain and waited for 3 weeks for them. They refuse to send me the correct colour pair and only a return policy which is too time consuming and costly. Absolutely appalling when I can choose from anywhere.

No refund for returned article. No reaction on e-mails.

I discovered this brand last year and I am now owning 3 pairs. The design and leather quality is great. Besides being made in Italy (a crucial element for me, or at least made in Europe), they are well made, built and comfortable. I do not see many improvement point, but If I had to point 1 .. i would say that maybe the internal textile could be improved, as it is getting used very quickly.

But please keep it up , never stop producing in Italy with typical italian design greatness. And please never fall into the typical "boggi" trap.. (playing with "italy" brand, doubling prices and producing in china).

Don't buy here. Nice designs, but not costumer care at all. Impossible to get an answer from them. I am waiting to return products for almost 4 weeks!

unfortunately the colors displayed on their website do not correspond with the reality.
I bought a pair bright red & white shoes to found out that the red was more Bordeaux . That's ruined it for mr. I sent it all back.

3weeks to get the shoes???

Easy to search on the website, good products, delivery on time. I like the delivery tracking system (regularly receive notifications)
I will see after few month of usage

Nice sneaker, unfortunately I had a hole in the front after 5 months and the lining on the inside of the heel came loose at the back. No response from them. Too expensive for the quality.
