Product highly dangerous and not fit for purpose

Awful company. I purchased a bike for my son at the end of 2024. Had it serviced a week after it was rode for the first time so it would be under warranty and had it serviced again a year later. The front fork has completely come away from bike (it’s basically split in two). There has been no front loading whatsoever. This is actually a hybrid road/stunt bike so it should be able to take a reasonably degree of frontloading (wheelies etc). Company don’t want to know because it’s “out of warranty.” Currently taking it up with the Ombudsman because warranty does not matter when the product isn’t fit for purpose. Furthermore, their first port of call should have been to recall the bike and report it to the manufacturer due to safety issues. We’ve been offered a discounted replacement part with no costs toward the fitting. It wouldn’t be suitable for repair anyway!
Avoid this company!

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Bought a brand new £3500 Stomp Rerode and on the 4th charge, having had the bike for less than 2 weeks, one of the battery connectors melted slightly while charging. An obvious defect that you would think would be fully covered by the warranty.

My retailer has tried to speak with them on several occasions and they claim this is not under warranty and they will not help - rendering a brand new £3500 bike unusable - my son is devastated.

You can buy the part needed off Amazon for £16 but you need the manufacturer to fit it or the warranty is void and they simply refuse to engage.

Buy a Talaria or a Surron - do not waste your money with this company - the worst customer service I have ever had.

My retailer will also never deal with them again and certainly won't be selling any more bikes from their range he will also be sharing his experience with them amongst his counterparts in the industry.

I re-iterate - Buy a Talaria or a Surron - If this is how Stomp Rerode treat their customers they won't be around much longer!!
