Horrid returns
In this day and age, why use UPS and require a printer to print a return label? uPS access points in my experience are few and far between and most other modern companies offer QR code returns at local shops. Will not be purchasing again.

Very reliable! Part of my order was stolen during transit which never happened to me before, I was panicked. Skechers were very professional, refunded me immediately and helped me re-make my order. I am very satisfied with my shoes and will order again in the future.

Total lack of quality
Bought some new shoes from Skechers, which immediately got a hole in the heel. Causing pains while worn, so ended up not being able to use them. Disappointed in the total lack of quality.
Edit: They never reached out with a response to me on the claim. So their comment below is misleading.
