The worst insurance in Switzerland, their experts are layers. 2 times suppose to cover (as it is full Casco) the damage made in parking their decide to charge me. After a long fight they cancelled my insurance. Don't even start working with them. I wish I could make a 0 starts for this company of lying xxxx.
DO NOT TAKE THIS INSURANCE. They appear to be a scam. They forced me to take a second insurance while I already had a first one. They seem to be in desperate need for any minimal amount of as to stay afloat. Unless you want to pay more then other competitors and risk not being compensated, run away from them.

They are overall nice but it’s a trap!
They only want you to pay and to claim nothing - that’s the perfect client for them - if you drive a lot or if you do trips between CH and DE you shouldn’t chose them. After 3 claims they’ll give you the notice.
There are a couple of issues with this:
1. they didn’t offer any alternative - for example ok you had too many claims - we would like to increase your premium (i think there’s no clause in the contract in regards)
2. The fact that they say: insurance is a team(one for all, all for one) - so it’s unfair for the people who have less and they are still paying for the coverage; think about it it’s also unfair from client perspective: as you are taking the money happily but when help is needed you let people go.
3. if you can’t afford to insure people then stop accepting contracts - just say no - and don’t do business with bmw for example
