Price Iv got its fair enough, but the reception is so bad.... lets say on a train from Solothurn to Bern where is no tunnels, Im getting reception maybe for 20% of all journey. No reception in garages where you need to charge your car... never had issues with swisscom, the only thing swisscom is a fready b....ds

People in a store are very nice and hard working, however the customer service is not reachable by phone or live chat. Live chat is always off, same as a phone. The only way to communicate is send them an email which can be checked (in 72h if you are lucky). There is no tracking of your orders also.

The worst insurance in Switzerland, their experts are layers. 2 times suppose to cover (as it is full Casco) the damage made in parking their decide to charge me. After a long fight they cancelled my insurance. Don't even start working with them. I wish I could make a 0 starts for this company of lying xxxx.

Delivery just in 2 days, prices are good, no problems at all.
