Beware, beware, beware. The company name is French so I mistakenly thought the shoes were coming from France. They don’t. They come from China. My bad. Prior to purchase the customer service was excellent in perfect English and very accommodating. I was specifically looking for orthopaedic Support shoes for my husband. The actual product is quite different. Poor quality, very lengthy delivery time because it is in fact coming from China. Product was not at all like the photo and I am returning. Now of course youhave to ship it back to China. My bad again - I should have checked the reviews prior to purchase. I found an address in London on the package to which I have returned the shoes. I have been told this is just a hub and cannot receive returns. Apparently, I now have to try to contact someone at the hub and ask them to return the package to me and then send it back to China - all within 30 days or they will not refund my money. They are not focused on customer service or repeat business apparently. Unless you have extremely low expectations of the product, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I found a couple of nice items, but several sizes were unavailable. The store was organized and checkout was quick. Nothing exceptional, but it was fine.

Decent clothing selection, but many of the popular sizes were sold out. The staff were polite, and the store was tidy.

After months of waiting because of “shipping delays” & a pile of excuses, I never received my shoes. They wanted me to phone the carrier, the company they told me didn’t seem to exist! “I should have got travel insurance” they said. “Who gets Travel insurance for shoes”?, I replied. “No-one”! I begged & pleaded for some sort of compromise. Nothing. I’m 75 & in very bad health, I told them which is true. Nothing. I’ve given up now.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes; one sandal like and the other boots like. I received them today. I was worried about the size but they fitted me perfectly. I like the color of my sandals which is sky blue and my shoes beige in color. I tried it on and walked around the house. They were comfortable and lightweight. The service is good. Special mention goes to Laura who helped me track on the arrival of my shoes. True enough it arrived today at my doorstep. A pleasant surprise indeed. Thank you so much.
