To all my expat fellows
Do not even bother guys! I ordered online in order to save my time, without going to the super market physically. The order was of 140€
I did not get my money's worth as the items were smaller than indicated, and also 2 of the items (some fillets, worth 30€) were not there.
Additionally I had paid for 10 Pfandtaschen and I received only 6.
When I called them to complain, no responder was speaking English..
I feed embarrassed, frustrated and robbed..
I will never again use this service and I prompt you to do the same

I booked a delivery between 2 and 6 pm, and on the delivery day, they texted me that the delivery was moved between 5 and 7 pm. This forced me to make substantial last-minute organisational changes. Then, at 7 pm, still nothing... and they don't even contact you! I wrote to them, no answer. I had to go, so I went out, then they called me at 8:30 pm!!!! They are surprised that I am not home!!!!! I wrote to them about the issue, and all their 'customer support' employees told me that this was normal, that the delivery time was just an indication, and did not present any excuse or customer compensation. They really expect you to be home the WHOLE day to get your delivery... and think this is normal. When you think we pay 2,90 euros for this delivery... They have 0 respect for their customers' time.

I have been placing monthly orders for about a year now. Each time, I get an SMS precising when the order would arrive to me, and there was never any issue.
The bags are all packed by category of grocery and the fruits and vegetables are delivered fresh and safe.
I would recommend the service as it SAVES SO MUCH TIME and effort.

Great delivery, would order more if the dele very was same or next day.

Ordered in the evening, delivery in the evening of the next day (and even 20 mins before the time window).
The delivery person pointed out what needs to go in the freezer and what in the fridge.

You get information about the status of your delivery in every step, the driver is always very friendly.
Quality of selected items is also good. Beautiful veggies and good interval of expiration date.

Awful site. It gives a coupon but you cant use it. You enter it, but price doesn't change. Nice! Great service. Wont by here.

I waited until 13.00 for my order due between 7-9am. When I called, I was told the order was cancelled and the reason given that no one was at home. But 4 people were at home and awake and waiting for the order to arrive! The lady who answered the phone at 13.00 was so helpful but the only thing she was allowed to do was issue a 5 Euro voucher (??!) and couldn't have a replacement order sent today. The inconvenience of this cost me so much more than 5 Euro....

I've been using their delivery services and shopping at their local locations for years now, and I've always been impressed. Here are a few reasons why REWE is my go-to grocery store:

Mooki madness took over here the moment I saw them….Rach’s videos are ALWAYS entertaining and the second I saw her new dress design I coveted it 😳
I got a navy & white polka dot first. Lightweight, floaty and so very flattering. I have a V generous bust, and the design fits beautifully; I don’t have a boob shelf and tent coverage! It washes great in a 30, and if you hang it from the machine, no ironing required, always a plus.
My next mooki was the pink & mustard…..oh how I love this colour combo & it’s had nothing but compliments…my wish list includes a denim version and the artist pallet, but I think I’ll be waiting a while for any to appear on the pre loved page 😍
