Let’s start with my experience with the company. I can’t fault them. The ordering was straightforward and communication was excellent. They had an issue with their delivery service so they emailed me asking if I’d like to switch to express delivery at no extra cost. Naturally, I did. The entire email exchange sorted it out over a few hours and it felt like I was communicating with an individual rather than just sending a reply into the void. Five stars.

Now, onto the mattress: the Pocket 1000 Hybrid. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s much better than the old mattress it replaced. I don’t wake up with the same stiffness in my back or hip pain. However, comfort is subjective and personally, I’m struggling to say “yes, this mattress is comfortable”. I know it’s much better than what it replaced, but a tight shoe is better than a tight shoe with a stone in it.

The medium-firm rating feels too firm for my preference. As a mixed side and back sleeper, everything I read suggested medium-firm as the right choice and the website quiz actually recommended an even firmer mattress. However, lying on my side isn’t comfortable so maybe I should have got the medium tension mattress. Will I return it? I’m trying to like it but after three weeks it doesn’t feel like I still just need to get used to it.

Oh, and the “free” pillows were frankly awful. They were small, dense and lumpy. I don’t know if mine are faulty or something but the idea that they cost £50 each is ridiculous! I switched back to a pair I got for £12 from Bargain Buys.

The website was very easy to order from, with a guide to which mattress suited you better.

Delivery was good, they delivered to the room I asked for and collected my old mattress.

My first night, getting used to it.
My sleep was not the best but I didn't have any of my previous problems from my old mattress.

Second night, I could feel the difference in support and firmness.
I slept and felt like I had a good night's sleep.

Two weeks on, I am very happy with my new mattress and I wake up less stiff and the back pain I suffer with is definitely less noticeable.

I have a 100 night sleep trial, but I am positive I won't be sending this one back.

I recommend the orpho 4000 if back pain and restless nights are your problem.

Yes all good, the new mattress is firm and evenly stiff. It’s comfortable and supports my bad back nicely.

This is the first time I have tried a REM-Fit mattress recommended by a close friend.
Honestly it was a great choice and an excellent household purchase.
My sleep and back pain has improved. I also got two pillows for free and they are such good quality and so comfortable to rest!
I always had an issue to find good pillows as they are either too soft or too hard.This is the first time I have tried these pillows and they are just perfect!
I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress. It is so worth it

I had a failed delivery due to my hearing issue I did not hear the currier, no card was left and very poor response from customer service with no direct communication other than by email, I still have not received my goods or information regarding another attempt at delivery and no offer of a refund.

Great mattress delivered in a reasonable time to Northern Scotland at a great price.

I purchased two mattress around two years ago, with the trust in the 15 year guarantee. Sadly, as it turns out the guarantee isn’t really worth the paper it’s written on.

One of the mattresses has become extremely soft and the springs have clearly failed in the middle (a lot more spongy than other areas) leading to quite bad back pain, especially for side/front sleepers. When sleeping on the second mattress, we do not come across this issue.

I had emailed the team who advised to get this reviewed by a third party (at my expense, and after a long wait for a response) who agreed that the mattress does sink in the middle however Remfit’s view is that it is within tolerance. I’m not sure how tolerance can be relied upon if when laying upon the bed a specific area sinks in more than other.

For the price you can likely find other companies who will support you better and quicker in issues like this.

This is the nicest mattress ive ever lay on, the delivery was fast and the 15 year guarantee is an incredible peace of mind.

I’ve been really impressed with REM-Fit so far.

The order and delivery communication was clear throughout, and everything arrived on time with a good courier service. The delivery team were helpful and the mattress was very well packaged.

The mattress initially felt softer than I expected, but I chose it to help reduce aches as a side sleeper. After two weeks, the memory foam has formed nicely to my sleeping position and supports my body well, helping me sleep with a more natural spine position on my side.

It also keeps a good temperature. It has been warm weather since I started using it, but I have had no issues with overheating on the mattress.

Overall, it feels very good quality, with good materials and a solid, heavy feel. After the first two weeks, I am sleeping well and waking up feeling less achy and more refreshed.

Positives, great product, comfy with great support on the 5000 and company Comms Inc agreeing partial refund.
Negatives, courier (DX) awful, bad Comms THREE non delivery dates and the inconvenience of time off work waiting in for it not to arrive.

Ordered and arrived without issue. Followed the unpacking instruction and had a wonderful, blissful sleep for the first time in a long time.

I ordered two mattresses from REM-Fit after sleeping at my dad’s house who also had a REM-Fit mattress. I was so Impressed I had ordered two for my self. The ordering and delivery process was quick and simple! As for the sleeps I’ve had since getting my new mattress, it has been amazing, so comfortable and I feel very well rested. I would highly recommend - Thank you REM-Fit.

I ordered my mattresses and after they didn’t arrive I contacted customer service who said it wasn’t in stock (no-one let me know) and it could be upgraded. However as I have two mattresses only one is covered by the 100-day sleep trial so I said I’d like to upgrade one, if I can switch to the one I originally ordered (within 100 days) if it wasn’t right. I still have NOT had a reply to this email, despite chasing. I should have been wary about a company that does not provide a customer service telephone number!

Great website easy to use and navigate great offers and fair prices would highly recommend. Delivery service was fine they brought it up to my door and took old mattress away for a small fee. Also booking the delivery was straight forward as well.

Comfortable and well built mattress delivered on time. The nights sleep has been significantly improved since purchasing the mattress.

I emailed Customer Services twice during the order process and both times I received an email within minutes from a human being who understood my query, was reassuring and very helpful. One on a Sunday evening and one on a Friday evening long after most places are closed. It made all the difference! The mattress itself is gorgeous, perfect firmness and incredibly comfortable. 10/10!

We need a comfortable mattress for a bed that’s used occasionally. Having had a very good experience with rem-fit memory foam pillows we’ve been using for years, we opted for rem-fit over other online sellers. The price was competitive. Delivery was as promised and we were kept informed all the way. The mattress arrived well-packed and with a tool to ensure safe opening. So far we’re delighted with the mattress. We also had an issue relating to a promo that hadn’t been applied. We had no proof and rem-fit thought we were mistaken. However they were very prompt and polite in correspondence and made a very acceptable gesture to resolve the situation. Clearly the proof of the pudding is in the sleeping over a long period. However, we are happy customers and will use rem-fit again.

From placing my order to my first sleep on the mattress it was quick, it was easy. The courier kept the lines of communication open & the mattress was delivered on time. The mattress itself is a premium mattress, it is comfortable & supportive & the icing on the cake, it is affordable. For me this was money well spent. Great company, with a fantastic product. The delivery was painless and the mattress is as they say. It’s such an upgrade from our old one. Super comfy, cooling and supportive all at once. Highly recommend.
