I have bought 3 pairs of boots from Shoe Freaks and once again they have gone above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Jennifer helped me when I made a mistake on my order and was very quick to respond, professional and very pleasant to email with. I will no longer buy boots and fun platform shoes from anyone else. 10/10

I placed an order and I accidentally selected the wrong size on one of my items. I messaged ShoeFreaks and they were able to change the sizing before shipping! It was very easy to deal with, great customer service.

Incredulous that a parcel coming from Montreal Quebec going to Hamilton Ontario takes a week. Completely incompetent processing time doubled by the fact that they still use Canada Post (bankrupt) for deliveries.
Someone in logistics may want to take a lesson from Amazon perhaps.

First time ordering from this company and it won’t be my last! Amazing selection, fast delivery! I ordered the wrong size and Jennifer was able to quickly approve and exchange! All I need to do is drop it off and wait for the replacement. Amazing customer service!

They make amazing shoes, great quality imo. They hold up agains't the elements and are easy to maintain. Key word is maintain, AKA you still have to wipe them down, and wash them if they get marked with dirt. Treat them kindly regardless, the ones i've purchased are not combat boots. They need TLC and will last you a long time.

Their customer service also has great turn around time for prompt replies. Very helpful and clarified my questions.

We emailed back and forth for an entire day, and they helped me find a solution. They were kind, responsive, and polite. Even when I felt like a pain. I had a super great experience with customer service they decided to change my order after initially placing it I couldn’t reach on the phone right away which I eventually got through after sending an email. The lady on the phone helped me revise my order with product numbers and stock sent me an invoice through a link to complete my new order and was kind and understanding throughout the whole process.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with the customer service I received from the staff at Shoefreaks!! Every order I have ever placed has been SEAMLESS!!! I made an error on my latest order and Jennifer sent me an email RIGHT AWAY letting me know that my order was cancelled and my refund processed! They are fantastic and go above and beyond to help their customers!!!

As a performer, I've been shopping with Shoe Freaks for a few years now, and I've bought all my boots and heels from them (I have A LOT of shoes for shows but also for everyday use). My orders always arrive promptly, and I've never had any issues with the shoes until recently.

The Demonias I bought for a show fell apart within 7 hours of wear. I wrote to Shoefreaks to let them know, and the issue was resolved by the next day.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my Pleasers and Demonias.

My partner and I love buying shoes from here and it’s always a good experience. And they have such a good customer service for issues regarding their products. It’s genuinely appreciated the time and patience that they give. They’re just an awesome company.

Quick communication. I had to return boots to get a different size and it was actually so easy. Top quality products. Will buy many boots from them!
