I can align with all the other horrible…

I can align with all the other horrible reviews. I am waiting for my parcel for almost two weeks now. The online calculation predicts two working days for a shipment from Verona, Italy to Berlin, Germany. My parcel now stucks in the Rovereto depot for 9 days, (total shipping time 12 days) no update until now. Customer service is not existing: the service web form requires a zip code of the recipient but does not accept german (recipient) zip codes. Without a zip code, no web form can be sent. Even if you use an italian zip code in the web form, they do not answer. Chat bot is completely useless and eventually sends you to the web form. Telephone service eventually sends you to the web form and is only available in italian language. 0.0 service.
I will never ever order in italy again and rate this company 0* on every platform I can find. The European single market doesn’t work for private customers. What a missed opportunity especially in our times!! Aliexpress, Amazon & friends lead for a reason.
