I ordered solar panels, an inverter and a battery from SolarScouts. Before placing the order, I made it very clear that I had to drive from Denmark to Germany to receive the goods. I received written confirmation that the freight company would contact me in advance to arrange the delivery date and time.

Unfortunately, things turned out very differently. I have now driven from Denmark to Germany twice for nothing, because the delivery did not take place as promised. The freight company even told me that the goods were on the truck and would be delivered, but they never arrived.

The order was also split into several deliveries, even though I had repeatedly explained that the entire order needed to be delivered together. Some of the solar panels that were delivered were also damaged.

The worst part is the communication. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling several times, but now I am receiving almost no response at all.

I have therefore requested to cancel the remaining order and receive a full refund.

Mistakes and delays can happen, but poor communication, repeated failed delivery promises and two wasted trips from Denmark to Germany are simply unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend SolarScouts / DWH Solutions GmbH.

I purchased a Deye inverter and two Felicity batteries from SolarScouts. One of the batteries was sold to me as a Grade B unit, with the clear explanation that only the wooden transport crate had been damaged, while the battery itself had been inspected and was in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, when I unpacked the battery, I discovered that the positive terminal was broken, making the battery unsafe to use. I immediately contacted SolarScouts and sent photos. Their own sales representative advised me not to use or connect the battery and confirmed that it would be replaced.

That was over two months ago.

Since then, I have sent more than 20 emails and made several phone calls requesting an update. I was repeatedly told that the case had been escalated, but I have received no replacement, no collection arrangements, and no meaningful communication. More recently, my emails have gone unanswered and my phone calls are no longer returned.

I can understand that problems happen during shipping, but what I cannot accept is the complete lack of communication and after-sales support when a customer receives a damaged and unusable product.

I hope this review encourages SolarScouts to resolve this case promptly.

I ordered an item that they sold. Which was relatively hard to get, not big. During the ordering process I didn't see that the estimated delivery time was several weeks in the future. I waited and waited. I sent an email when it would arrive. No response. I sent a message on the website when the delivery date expired. No response. Then I gave them an option, send the item, or give a real date, otherwise I would request my money back through PayPal. No response.
After a few days I requested my money back through PayPal. There it said to call this number. I call, no response. It said to contact the company. I did though PayPal. No response. After a few more days I escalated the money back request to PayPal. And now a few weeks further I got my money back.

I understand that supply chain stuff can delay things. But what I don't get is the complete lack of communication. They just held to my money for a few months and kept me in the dark. In the end I ordered the same item through Ali Express, which has the same estimated delivery time, lower cost and excellent response time for questions.

I would avoid this company and talk directly to the Chinese manufacturer instead.

Everything was fine.

I received my order, but it turned out to contain only the accessories and not the main item (the inverter)
The package is also so small that the inverter would never fit in it.
The order status shows as ‘delivered’.
I have been trying to raise this complaint via email and the website for almost three weeks now.
However, I have received no response whatsoever, so it is being completely ignored.

Delivery was very fast and the experience was great
