Placed an order on May 28 and have yet to receive my package. Whenever I reach out to customer service, I am told the same vague response: that they are 'waiting on the supplier.' It has been well over a month with no concrete delivery date or proactive communication. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the delay in service.

Arrived damaged – not acceptable
My order (#DK384093) arrived today, and the condition of the package already raised concerns. The box was clearly damaged and looked like it had been handled pretty roughly during shipping.
After unpacking, it turned out that the issues weren’t limited to the packaging. The unit itself has visible damage. Parts of the casing are out of shape, one of the faders isn’t straight and doesn’t sit properly, and several controls seem off or misaligned. There are also clear marks on the surface that shouldn’t be there.
Overall, it doesn’t feel like a product that just went through normal delivery. It looks and feels like it’s been exposed to significant pressure or impact at some point.
Not a great experience at all, and definitely not what I expected when ordering.

Ignorant and unknowing customer support
Nothing wrong with the products but customer service has been the worst both in terms of lack of knowledge, misleading advice and impoliteness (when asked to take some responsibility to at least acknowledge their mistakes). I bought a record player with promise that it would be able to connect to another device (speaker) of mine. Turns out it didn’t, and by simply googling around myself I figured out why - not a product issue but just a non-knowing and misleading seller. First hit.
Second hit - when in contact with customer service they argue that the speaker should indeed connect to my device (despite that I filled them in on the technical info I had come across) so they ask me to return the product for a reclamation. The product gets damaged in transfer and the company returns it to me, simply stating what I already knew - there was never a product issue. Turns out I had just gotten the wrong advice and info, again.
When confronted with this, they refused to even in words acknowledge the faults on their behalf and put all blame on me as a customer. It all left me with the experience of a desperate and bogus small business - not the big expert they’re trying to market themselves as.

Very happy
Before my purchase, I had to send an email with a question and I got an answer from the customer service the same day. My package was also packed up and delivered only two days after my purchase, which is very impressive with the Black Friday chaos.
I bought a record player, which arrived with very good protective packaging, and is great quality and exactly what was shown on the website.
Very happy and I would definitely not hesitate to order form them again!

An inaccurate photo on the website
The piano bench is a good quality product. The delivery was fast and smooth.
I wish there were more accurate information about the product on the website. For instance I thought (according to the photo) the cushion was made of synthetic leather but it is velvet fabric. The color of the bench on the photo looked like creamy warm white while it has been ordinary matte finish white.

I ordered a microphone and completed my order and choose to pay on the spot. I waited for a month and then got in touch and got the reply that I had,nt payed due to that the payment amount needed to be confirmed before I could pay. But I got no confirmation on the amount after my order in July and no new chance to pay which led me to believe that I had payed. I got to keep the money though but would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company.

When you placed your order, the payment was approved, but since delivery from our supplier was unfortunately delayed, the original payment authorization expired. For that reason, we asked you to re-authorize the payment so we could process it once the item arrived a few days later.
