Posted large order knowing I needed a prescription to clear customs, and that goods would be seized (I wasn’t aware of requiring a prescription at the time of purchase). When I asked for a refund, having been a loyal customer for years and having spent thousands, I was snubbed. I have read about this happening to countless other Australians through this company. Deceitful conduct and straight out theft.

We would like to clarify that the Australian prescription requirements and potential customs risks were communicated through our website, customer emails, and directly by our support team. At the time, obtaining the required prescription was generally a straightforward process through Australian telehealth providers, often taking only a short period of time. We also provided guidance to help customers obtain and submit the necessary documentation.
Unfortunately, once a shipment leaves our warehouse, customs clearance is handled by the relevant authorities and is outside of our control. Our policies clearly outline the responsibilities and risks associated with international customs clearance, including situations where a shipment may be detained or seized.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to lose an order at customs. However, we strongly disagree with describing this as a scam, theft, or deceptive conduct. The order was processed and dispatched from our side, the relevant requirements and risks were communicated, and our team provided assistance throughout the process.
We genuinely appreciate the support you have given SnusCore over the years and are sorry that the circumstances surrounding Australian import regulations resulted in this experience. -SnusCore Team

Great Source of Snus
I thoroughly appreciated using snus from Snuscore as my nicotine replacement therapy but the Australian government with miraculous foresight have banned ALL snus imports. Now I'll have to go back to Nicorette sprays at ~A$13/day instead of snus at ~A$5/day.
