I ordered varifocal lenses with a gray gradient tint and Zegna frames.
The prescription is spot on and the frames are exactly as described.
There was one small issue with frames and I was offered my money back or a replacement, so I chose a replacement.
Their return system worked a treat.
I recieved a return label and when they recieved them, I recieved confirmation that my new replacement was being processed.
I recieved my glasses i a few days and they are perfect.
I am delighted with my new glasses. I would recommend smartbuyglasses to anyone.

This was my second order from this site, and once again, I’m very happy with the quality, customer service and delivery times.
My first order developed an issue with the frames after a few months, but the return process was straightforward and the items were replaced under warranty without any problems.
