It is impossible to get in touch with the store—neither via email nor the contact form. They do not respond. Delivery was slightly delayed (and they did not reply to my messages during that time), and now they are again failing to respond to my attempt to exchange one of the items. Despite the slightly lower prices compared to elsewhere, I do not recommend buying from them.
Delivery was quite fast and OK, their pricing is also very good..
But I need a VAT invoice (as i paid without VAT), which I never received, mailed them multiple times, zero response. Their FAQ states a link in an email header should be there, but that email doesn't exist, nothing on their website either ..
Then 1 of the shelly's got broken, followed their website instructions to contact shelly support, was clear very quickly it was a DOA, and shelly sent me back to the supplier, but of course from Smartblu you get zero response from email again.. so in the end, no invoice and 1 device broken.. would have been better to order elsewhere..
