Was a Birthday Present to the husband of my nice. Now when theres Dark is StarWars time. Also their neighbour already knows that he has a light saeber🤣 Best present ever😀

I purchased a lightsaber around the May 4th "Sale" the stated processing time passed and I still hadn't received any details on my order, I waited a couple weeks, thinking that maybe they were busy because of May 4th, and then decided to reach out to cancel my shipment as the company seemed sketchy. On the site the cancellation policy stated that if it had not been shipped then you would just have to pay a 10% cancellation fee. When I reached out I was told that was not possible because it was ready for the flight. A few days later they sent me the shipping information. Which indicated it had not been shipped on the day I requested cancellation. I then had an issue with shipping/importation as the company did not provide all the information requested by importation. Unfortunately after all that I'm a little disappointed with the product I received as it is nothing special despite a premium being charged for it. There are other lightsaber vendors out there and that have better quality and customer service. The "sales" seem to only be there to mislead people as they are on pretty much year round. I would not recommend nsabers, a full on waste of time and money. Also they asked for a tip at the checkout after I spent hundreds of dollars on a dropshiped lightsaber...

A friend ordered his and my first Sabers two years ago by Nsabers. They still work fine and have been in nearly weekly use, so they were my first place to look.

Wanted to buy two with Hand Protection and ordered the Katana Double Saber. A day later they contacted me and told me that it's out of stock and Not longer in Production and offered to choose another more expensive saber. Because I had very clear ideas I refused. They made two other actually good offers, which I had to refuse again because my girlfriend didn't like the Designs of the alternatives and since she is my primary sparring Partner her opinion mattered. 😁 Two days later I had my money refunded. The customer Support was very polite. I would order again.

The recipient wasn't satisfied with the gift. The return was delayed by confusing messages. The refund was forced through PayPal.

sword came on time. Unfortunately after the first loading process the core didn`t work anymore. That can happen. The service was perfect for that. I sent pictures of the sword and one week later I got the new core.

The blade works fantastically.
I didn't expect such good quality at this price. My kids and I have endless fun and enjoyment. All the software features are available without the need for an app, which provides even more options.
When we had problems with the blade, a new warning was sent immediately and without any additional symptoms.

We bought the Basic lightsaber. This lightsaber impresses with its features, fits comfortably in the hand, and is beautifully crafted. After we accidentally turned off the motion control, customer service was quick to provide us with competent assistance. We will definitely buy our next lightsaber from Nsabers again.
