Outstanding Company who backs their products. I wear my Depthmaster everyday!

Firstly, I absolutely love this watch! It fixes all of the small hang ups I had about the original Antarctic. Better water resistance and more modern size. The fit and finish punches well above its price, and it keeps nearly perfect time! The watch arrived well packaged and presented nicely. The company delivered exactly as advertised. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Nice watch, I love it! The delivery was out of HK and therefore somewhat longer than expected for buying a Swiss watch. There was a minor issue with the warranty card which has been solved by customer support to my full satisfaction. The communication with the customer support was easy and customer friendly. Might consider to buy another watch in Nivada's online shop, again, someday!

great shipping and packaging was really nice. i will be buying another watch from them and giving the first one to my son as he really likes the changing bezel. fine watch at the price point. very interested in seeing how the higher end watches compare to some of the others i have in the box.

I purchased the Depthmaster Bronze Green and it is a banger! The bronze case against the beautiful green Sunray dial is simply stunning. So happy w my purchase. Keep up the great work!

Ordered an LE F77, but this was my 3rd purchase from the brand. Always delivering on time and whenever I had an issue/question, their support was prompt to address it. Quickly becoming one of my favorite brands and definitely a great revival.

Ive bought 2 watches (SuperAntartic and Chronoking) and a bracelet from the Brand. Had ZERO issues whatsoever and love them both. I have also bought a DepthMaster on the secondary market, I love the brand. The sizing, attention to detail and finish are second to none in this space. I also bought them in the UK and didn't have any customs charges at all 5* service.

The only frustration I have has is the pricing on the Bracelet.

It's a £200 markup for a watch with the bracelet over a rubber or leather but if you buy the Bracelet separate it's only £180. Meaning, always buy the watch on a strap, buy the bracelet separate, save £20 and get a free strap. It's an odd choice when they charge £80 for the rubber/leather strap.

By no means is it a deal breaker, everything is super high quality, I have a leather rally, rubber tropic and a bracelet between the watches I own they are all fantastic. But it's an odd pricing decision.

Fast delivery, great price/quality ratio!

I recently purchased an F77 from Nivada grenchen and I ran into an issue where I was in between sizes. I reached out to their customer service and asked if the had half links or if they could help me figure out how to adjust the clasp. Amber the customer service representative promptly replied and told me she’d have an answer for me as soon as possible. She then sent a video they made to show me how to adjust the bracelet and clasp to make that half link adjustment and now I can truly enjoy my new watch! Thank you Amber! Great customer service and great product!

I heard about Nivada’s history on YouTube and it resonated with me. I decided to purchase the Super Antarctic directly from Nivada. I browsed their website. It was easy to use and I found the watch I wanted. I purchased it online and it was delivered quickly and it’s beautiful! I have it on my wrist now and I love it. I’ll definitely purchase another watch from Nivada. They’re great to worth with and I appreciate their service.

Disliked how nivada was not able to sell me the f77 chrono on a bracelet, instead i need to purchase it separately while other dial colors has the beacelet in stock

I have ordered my watch with the order number NG13613 on Dezember 12 and still not got it because it has something to do with FedEx and customs and and and. I have ordered from another company another watch and I got it in 2 Weeks also from overseas. They clarified everything with the parcel service and customs etc. So your shopping experience is nor really recommendable to be honest.

The watch is beautiful! I was a bit worried that the 38mm case size was too small for my 8' wrist but it wears incredibly!

If there is a ding it would be that Nivada offered a free additional strap with purchase a few days after I placed the order that I was unable to be grandfathered in on, a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker by any means.

It was really easy to purchase the watch, no issue with the delivery and I simply love it!

I love my Chronoking Meca Quartz watch! It has the same case as the original along with the rotating bezel and killer lugs. I get a lot of compliments on this one. My only concern is that the bezel is VERY DIFFICULT to move. It does not move like it should which makes quick setting to time an event, my ride home, impossible. I have tried light oil but it did not work.

Decent value for its price. Very legit business, striving to be a good one.

Nivada Grenchen was not up front about deliver times. The bevel on the what lacks tension and turns to easily.

Brand new watch with mal-functioning chronograph movement. It’s a 28 watch limited edition. To their credit, they fixed it but query how did QC missed something so obvious?
