I ordered a Diver Passion Horlogere on the 28th of August 2026 for a birthday present. But they found out that it was no longer needed. I emailed to cancel my order on the 29th on 31st had a email offering a extra strap if I keep the order. I replied to have my refund.. The order was still showing as pending because of the bank holiday weekend. I didn't hear anything then I was sending 2 emails a day from the 1st of September. Still no reply and the order has gone from pending to paid.. I then get an email on the 5th of September from royal mail. Saying there was a parcel due to enter the UK from France. And I was going to be charged import tax.. And the 6th my royal mail app update.. and they have despatched the watch.. I sent more emails and still nothing.. I even downloaded Instagram and sent them messages.. And still nothing.. the worst customer service I have ever had.. And even after asking if I wanted a refund.. and me replying to do the refund they just carried on.. I would steer clear of this company.. Have to go through my bank now to try and get my money back..

Very straight forward to work with, watch was shipped in 8 business days from order, arrived in 3-4 days as advertised. I daily the Type 20, it’s an awesome watch and the best pilot watch I’ve owned. I’d buy another one tomorrow if I lost it.

I have bought Sous Marine Asterix watch. It is packed with lots of great hints to Asterix world. It is one of my favorite watches. Packaking is decent, but the watch makes the jon done. I live it

I bought the Astérix watch - limited edition. The watch is well finished, with nice details unseen before like the roman number date ! In addition to being an elegant watch, its Seiko movement is accurate and reliable. Always a pleasure to wear it.
