16 weeks of intensive bootcamps shapes one in all directions.

I enjoyed a three month project management bootcamp with dedicated coaches, enthusiastic fellow students and helpful course material. Even though we had to rush through an extensive amount of course material during a short period of time, the topics were all very relevant and useful. A lot of time was spent solving problems as teams, and this helped obtaining a lot of practical experience. The tools provided were relevant and prepared us for real world experience. Apart from covering our field of discipline, a lot of help was provided to guide us for our oncoming job hunt. I surely feel very well prepared to get on with my professional experience.

The Data Science & AI Bootcamp at Neue Fische was an excellent experience, especially because of its strong hands‑on approach. I worked on real end‑to‑end machine learning projects, built pipelines with Python, and applied statistical and deep‑learning methods in practical scenarios. The instructors were highly supportive, and the collaborative environment made it easy to learn from peers while solving challenging problems. Overall, the bootcamp gave me the technical depth and project experience I needed to confidently transition into data‑driven roles.

They were really helpful and nice, even helped me with some networking.

Excellent teacher and a small cohort made this an educational success for me. The admin behind this could be more efficient and responsive though.

During the course there will be multiple coaches but only one of them is compentent. If this wasn't free, i'd have rioted.

Although I haven’t enrolled in a bootcamp with neue fische, my interactions with the team have been very positive. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent in answering my questions and providing information.

From what I’ve seen, they’re genuinely committed to helping students grow and succeed. The community seems welcoming, and the structure of their programs looks well thought out and student-focused.

If I do decide to join in the future, I feel confident that I’d be in good hands. Based on everything so far, neue fische definitely seems like a place that truly cares about its students.

Although I didn't end up attending the bootcamp, my early interactions with the neue fische team were very positive. I was exploring my options for Data Analytics programs, and I found their curriculum to be modern and practical, with a strong focus on real-world tools like Python, SQL, and Tableau.

The team was responsive and provided helpful information during the orientation phase. Based on this, I feel they’re committed to supporting career changers, and I’d recommend exploring their program if you're looking for a structured path into data analytics.

The 3 starts go to the amazing coaches, especially to Matthias and the team I had the pleasure of working with. The structure of the bootcamp was well designed and I have learnt a lot during the 3 weeks. I liked a lot that we got to work on projects in teams, this was indeed helpful.
My minus points go to the advertisement that it is getting you ready for a job and that they would support you in finding something after graduation. I was very disappointed by the career coaches and their help in getting my CV to any company. I have eventually managed to find one job that they felt would fit my profile but never heard back from them. When I contacted neuefische after 3 months they told me that I got rejected and they forgot to get back to me. Needless to say the 2 career coaches are no longer with neuefische and I hope it got better now.
Overall, happy with what I've learnt from the bootcamp itself, unhappy about the career guidance and help.

Just graduated from their data analytics bootcamp. The course was comprehensive and very detailed. I got to learn all the important tools need for business analyst role.

I am searching for jobs right now while on vacation in Asia and they have been coaching me very well for it. I have already done a few interviews and have received good feedback about my chances to get a job

The education you receive is not worth the price tag. Many of the lecturers Data Science knowledge is only from doing the bootcamp themselves prior to being your teacher. There's only 2 months of lectures before you are left on your own to complete your capstone. The marketing theu use to sell the bootcamp is not true. There is not a high employment rate after the bootcamp. The education is not enough to become a Data Science. There are no partner companies giving you projects or data for your capstone. But you won't be told this surprise until the last minute. The partner companies very rarely employ anyone from the bootcamp, if ever. The Career support they promise is a lie. They have no interest in helping you get a job, though they may show a slight interest if you identify as female. Its seems like their promotion of gender equality is more like reverse descrimination.
Most people do the course free through Bildungsgutschein and they are then offered €500 to entice their friends to apply for it. There friends are then also given €500 of vouchers for joining. This is ethically questionable given the funds are coming from public funds, and in my opinion shows the poor educational value of the course. You receive a certificate of attendance just for showing up, regardless of your capabilities. Again, this has zero value since there are no test metrics to prove your ability. Many Data Science jobs on linked in have 500 applicants, Junior positions often have over 1000. The market is flooded with people who do these courses and their only hope of employment is as Data Science bootcamp lecturers, growing the pyramid scheme.
