The entire crew that we interfaced with were very customer focused. The workers were very helpful and accommodating. The cost was very reasonable and lower than other estimates we had received. The quality of work is excellent.

Luis and his friend came out today and hauled away more junk/trash. This is the second time I've used the trash hauling service. Luis is always very polite, a genuinely nice young man that's helped me out in the past. I'll call him again as I continue to clear out the house and garage. His prices are very reasonable. I believe he also provides other services as well such as tree trimming and other yard work. I highly recommend Luis and his business Big Titan Junk Removal.

Benjamin did an absolutely outstanding job repairing and refinishing the concrete steps at my mother’s home. From beginning to end, he demonstrated the kind of professionalism, craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail that can be difficult to find.

The quality of his work speaks for itself. He took tremendous pride in getting the details right—from the concrete repair and preparation to the finish, clean lines, and final cleanup. He didn’t approach the project as simply another job to complete; he treated my mother’s home with the same care and respect I believe he would give his own.

What impressed me equally, however, was Benjamin himself. He was communicative, dependable, thoughtful, and extraordinarily kind to my mother throughout the process. Because I was coordinating the work from a distance, knowing that she was dealing with someone I could trust gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Benjamin shared something with me that his father taught him: whatever work you do, do it as though you are working for the Lord, because work is worship. After seeing both his character and the quality of his craftsmanship, I can say that he genuinely works according to that principle.

I use various platform to hire the contractors often but i think networx is really simple and ease of hiring.

Wonderful experience. Mr. Griffin is a craftsman and a true professional. Our existing stamped concrete pad had numerous large cracks. We submitted a detailed request for quote to replace the existing pad via the Better Business Bureau. Griffin Cement Contracting Co responded promptly. Mr. Griffin came out, assessed the work and discussed options. He submitted a very detailed quote. We chose the company based on his discussions with us, his detailed quote, and the reviews online. We were not disappointed. Mr. Griffin personally supervised the job. They protected the site during demo and construction. Other firms received one star reviews for ruts and dents to lawns. Mr. Griffin used plywood over our grass to limit the impact to our lawn. Griffin Concrete uses a better subbase prior to pouring the concrete and a better type of concrete. The color was what we requested and the type of sealer used makes the color pop. We are extremely satisfied.

The crew cut down 3 trees and trimmed limbs off many others. They worked hard and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
So glad I know who to call for my next tree trimming job.

While waiting five days for the main Trane parts to arrive, he kept us updated daily. To survive the wait, we put window units in the bedrooms so I could work from home, while our living room hit a brutal 90°F.
The real lifesaver moment came with the plastic cover for motor and blower. The new manufacturer replacement was backordered for 5 weeks until September. Marvin and his crew did great work. They were quick and cleaned up like they were never here. I will definitely use them again.

It is okay. The app has too many messages and notifications it becomes a pain to use it. It also lags a bit. You are better off just calling and talking to the business than use the app.
