They were able to find me the best tree company overall wonderful experience.

First. This was a second chance for us and Networx. The initial sales representative was insulting and arrogant trying to tell us we do not know how to properly contact these leads. The individual who spoke with refused to hear us and pushed us again "We did not use the service correctly for what we paid for."

This is absurd. We have provided nearly 4500 dollars and have 0 / 72 in regards to even scheduling appointments. Being told we simply have to keep calling them more, when the initial call and communication set is met with silence is concerning.

More, sharing my absolute legitimate concern that we are spending times determine if the provided lead was even viable, our resources are being set advising you that your lead is not legitimate. That is not a partnership. That is us paying you to vet what ever lead collection process you're doing.

I was talked over, and my time was abused. I explained, that I had provisioned sufficient time and consideration, and the belligerence and mistreatment by your account executive to continue to insist that our frustration was not valid, and we simply was not using this service again was obscene.

So twice, by two separate account executives, my ears, soul and time have been abused, and they still have our money all the same.

If they want to be correct, we deserve a full refund in my view. I feel we deserve compensation for the time we had to take to try to vet, much less call these leads. That is resources and cost we can never get back as well.

And that when I tried to give feedback it was not received and accepted.

We were their customer. Simply put. We have generous resources for good lead provider partner, and they are also not competitive for a shared lead provisional service. They are not.

. No one should ever ever feel bullied when they've been a generous customer. Our time, and our treasure is something we will never get back now and they have taken it, and to be treated so wrongly for trying to share that and talked over should be something they all take away as something not acceptable.

I will give you the length of time to have anything else further to say involving an apology and the refund of our money. Otherwise, this stands as our testament.

Great experience with Cisneros Brothers. They replaced my water heater fast and the installation was clean and professional. Reliable plumbing service!

Sales rep Scott Wilkins sold a +50% close rate and avg of $80 per lead, with any non-contact being refunded and to reach out to him for help. Not the case, they fed leads one after the other in that did not respond to multiple phone calls or emails and kept the money with an avg of over $92 per lead. When we reached out to Scott for assistance since refund requests were denied, he washed his hands of helping and referred us to their CSR line. CSR just stated they don't refund no contact leads. Networx just made a quick $1500 x4 contractors for the same leads, with no accountability.

I wasn’t sure about networx but they sure did right by me! I was extremely pleased with the contractor I hired! The price and quality of their work was wonderful!

This company arrived on time, provided me with a fair price, and did a fabulous job! I highly recommend them. I will call them again for my exterior projects at my home!
