It is rare to experience this level of genuine care and integrity from a company nowadays. Following a frustrating and disappointing incident where property was stolen within my residential complex, the team stepped up with a remarkably kind and completely unexpected goodwill gesture.
While the initial situation was stressful and highlighted that community safety can never be taken for granted, receiving their message completely turned my experience around. It proved that there are still organizations out there that truly value their customers and take responsibility for fostering a positive environment.
A massive thank you to the team for your compassion, professionalism, and unexpected support. It made a world of difference, and I am deeply appreciative. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! I had an issue with an item I purchased and reached out for help. The team were very understanding and took action to have the item replaced.

I thought I'd give a Kiwi start up a chance, but never again. I'll just stick with real established companies from now.
Confirming just another drop shipper selling poor quality items that you could probably get on AliExpress if you can be bothered searching.
The two pieces that ended up getting to me don't carry any kind of Naked Kiwi label or tag, just generic branding.

I'd say cheap and nasty, but they're not cheap- charging the same prices as Mosmann, Mitch Dowd or Step One.
Without the quality.

Apparently I didn't include my email on my order so their 'team' couldn't inform me that one piece I ordered was out of stock.
Until I emailed them asking for shipping details. Funnily enough, they had no issues sending me the initial confirmation email, and advertising emails. To my email address which they didn't have.
I had to elevate my complaint to AfterPay to get a resolution after emails went silent. Ordered 21/07/26, delivered 19/08/26.
Avoid.

Waited a long time to finally receive the wrong item. No customer support phone numbers. Emails get responded to with AI generated responses.

Base maybe in New Zealand, but the product is drop shipped from China. At a guess, I would say they come from Temu. I thought I would buy from Naked Kiwi due to it being a local company, I should have read the reviews and realised by the shipping time that these were coming from China. I messaged Naked Kiwi to ask if the drop shipped, their reply was they ship from warehouses all over the world. I don’t have an issue with companies that drop shipped, the need to make it very clear what they do. I normally buy the exact same product I got from Named Kiwi, from Temu for 1/3rd of the cost and Temu do Afterpay. Another issue I had, I was looking for leather wear. Naked Kiwi has a biggish selection, but until you go to buy you find out it’s not leather. In fact I couldn’t find one piece of actual leather for sale. So what does this mean, Naked Kiwi no longer gets my pink dollar.

Item hasn't been sent weeks after ordering. No correspondence. Not replying to emails. Requested a refund to no avail. Would suggest you try elsewhere.

Recently purchased a Top C-Sling.
It was rubbish. Nothing like the quality in the photo.

OʻAgain, waiting 15 days for items is not acceptable. Blaming NZ Post for delays is rich, because Naked Kiwi store their goods overseas (most probably China, I would never have purchased).

I will wait with undiluted anticipation, in the hope that items bought mainly because this is a Kiwi company actually arrive. Strait of Hormuz, petrol shortage or not. 🤣🤣

I am concerned if the products will be of a good standard.

Guys better off buying from actual Kiwi based businesses. And not this flake company, or from our cousins in Aussie.🤣

I have been contact, and told come back to NK in 15 days if my order hasn't arrived. Its not up to the client to follow up with the seller - the link I have been provided states items still not processed?

Better off removing Kiwi from your company name, just call it Naked (comes with a 15 day wait).

2/8 latest update according to NZ Post, parcel hopefully will be delivered 13th August!!! Absolute disgrace, 22 days waiting.

Be cheaper to buy direct from a reputable company across the ditch.

Love the garments on this site. Recently though I received a faulty jockstrap. I notified Naked Kiwi. Within 24 hours I had a reply and we were able to resolve the problem. Appreciate the service. The jockstrap is hot too btw!!happy punter here... ill be back.

No difficulty with navigation around the website. I’ve bought a number of underwear products from and the only thing I would advise is to size up , having been made in Asia I have found some products to not so ‘accomodating’ in front 😉

This business trades as an NZ company with the “Kiwi” tag but based on my experience they carry no stock in New Zealand at all and just ship from overseas. I guess that’s the meaning of “Naked”. You could this do yourself in less time. I get things on Amazon in five days. This company is 15 working days. The size guides are very unreliable so returns would involve a six week turn around. I hate that actual shops have died here but I hate this kind of misleading branding more. There is nothing “Kiwi” about this business at all.

It took 16 days for this package to arrive, which is actually within the time range in the original email, so I cant really complain and im happy with the product. But what I will mention is that in the tracking from Naked Kiwi and yodel it doesnt give locations (at least for me)about where the package was but if use the SHOP app it gives you exact locations and the departing airport was Shanghai, which fair enough I dont really care but I thought it was coming from New Zealand. Overall im happy and would probably buy again from this company.

SAFE TO SAY … my parcel arrived today after waiting 20days for it to arrive & although the long wait . I’m happy with my purchase, Thankyou NakedKiwi

Placed an order on 18th of April it is now 10 days later and my order hasn’t progressed further. I wish i read the reviews before ordering. I need these items by Saturday 2nd at the latest. But its safe to safe they won’t arrive in time. Just want a refund now. Had i known where they ship the items from i wouldn’t have bothered and gone else where, hindsight is a wonderful thing but equally they should state up front on the website where items ACTUALLY come from.
