My order was placed over 6 weeks ago and the tracking says it is sitting at the "delivery point " for a week. Why haven't I received my order after all this time?

These solar items are much larger than I expected!! Sturdy, well made. I am anxious to get them sun charged & then enjoy our outdoor space insect free!!

the packages that I received one of the boxes is missing a stake and instead of mailing one to me, I am told to reach out to USPS for help in searching for the one missing part preventing me from using the product that I purchased from Eco Friendly 2-in-1 Flickering Flame Powered Mosquito Zapper & Garden Stake Light.

I was not sure if my order was shipped and when it would be delivered. It took a few weeks.
The lanters look ok except I thought they would be bigger and taller. I think they will do anyway.

Item was good quality and will service us well. Issue with so much time for delivery. Kept us informed as to status, but delivery service slow.

I placed my order May 16th and it is now June 26th I still have not received. Delivery shows my order has been in Fort Wayne IN since June 12th my delivery address is 5 hours from Fort Wayne it must be coming pony express. No update on delivery since June 12th. Notified company and response was "don't worry" I am beginning to believe this is a scam company. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Although light weight, it seems strong. It would be more useful if there was some exercise instructions that would have been included.
It took almost a month to arrive.

Informative, timely, but sometimes confusing.

The wait was not very long and I was updated daily on the shipping status. I haven’t been able to use the product yet, but is exactly as described.

We had excellent communication though the delivery process.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. I kept getting “updates” that they were in Italy, finally in USA, finally in my town, then it said they were delivered. THis took well over a month. I contacted the company who sent emails saying “their information “ indicated it was delivered so I should check with my postal service and my neighbors. I went to the post office and they said the numbers given are NOT tracking numbers and this is all a scam company. I never received the glasses and have no way to get my money back!

Although it took a while for delivery I received constant communication updates. This was very helpful and good since it was my first time ordering from this company. Thank you! I look forward to using it.
