Super slow delivery, still not received!!!
This was my first order from Nailster. I ordered it on 23/11, and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been a whole week now! I usually order from neighboring European countries to Sweden, and it normally takes no more than 4 days to get my packages. This one has taken almost a week — feels just like ordering from Temu or Shein from China.
Your website says orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and delivered within 1–3 working days, via Bring or Instabox. I followed your instructions and contacted the delivery company, but Instabox couldn’t give a definite delivery time and keeps changing the expected date.
Honestly, this has been really disappointing!

Gel glue
When I bought this product, I was a bit skeptical after reading the comments on TikTok, but I tried it anyway. I applied a good amount to the nail and pressed it against my press-on under the UV lamp. Now it has lasted several days without popping off and will probably last another two weeks. I’d say as long as you’ve prepped the nail properly, this product gets 5 stars and I will definitely buy it again. Much better than regular glue, which can damage your nail and hold one second but not the next. Highly recommended.

Really cool concept
Really cool concept where you can buy all the stuff you need for at-home nails from one shop! Fast delivery. But the regular gel polish does not hold well on my thin nails, unfortunately. I have now tried their Builder Gel that is supposed to be harder and not chip as easily - hope this solves the problem.

Disappointing Service and Misleading Delivery Promises
I placed an order with Nailster over a week ago and have yet to receive my items. The website advertises fast delivery (1-3 days), which influenced my decision, but this claim seems misleading. There has been no update on the delivery status, and my attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. I specifically chose Nailster because I needed the items as a gift and was relying on the promised delivery timeframe. This experience has been very disappointing. If timely delivery isn't guaranteed, there are plenty of other sellers offering more competitive prices that I could have chosen instead.
