I bought a parfum samples online, by DHL error was lost, DHL didn't offer any solution, contact the seller , they respond really quickly, and kindly resolved this issue. I usually don't write reviews, but this store deserves for their excellent service. Parfum smells delicious.

I've order a perfume (Bvlgari Gyan) from Mysc, the shopping experience was the best I've had in Netherlands (and yes I do order several perfumes per month). I regret I didn't find Mysc sooner; totally recommended.

The points that can improve from my point of view:
The perfume collection is very limited; I cannot find most of perfumes I am looking for.
The website is not the easiest to navigate and filter through products.

I purchased a Soleil Toujours sunscreen but was surprised to receive an expired product. I contacted the company to find a solution, but their response was that they had already discounted the product and that it could still be used for up to 12 months after opening. This was not an acceptable solution for me since I do not want to use an expired product on my face. When I reached out to them again, they did not respond.

Incredible bad services. Placed an order and it took 10 days to inform me they didn’t have the item. It’s a month ago and I still do NoT have my money back. Communication is chaotic and incorrect. Will never use them again!

terrible customer service, 2 weeks ago I ordered a perfume online, and still have not received it, there is no answer to the request for help in this problem, ignoring it completely, disrespect for their customers! did not help, did not apologize, I just lost my money !!!! I will never buy anything from this store again! This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a disrespectful attitude!!
