I ordered a dress size 6. It is not a custom dress. They do not want to take it back or give me my money back. Saying shipping and tariffs are making it to expensive to take it back. They want to give me an $18 refund and have me keep a dress that is too big after I paid $140 for it. I will Never order from them again and will post frequently warning others of the situation. They should not

Read the fine print, they don’t want returns. I have to spend more money to get my dress altered. I will say that it’s only off by a couple of inches. The color is darker than the picture.

Love the custom option
Love that you can do custom measurements and that an instruction video was there to watch for measuring yourself. Prices are decent and there is a nice selection of dresses in all styles and colours. My friend received her dress and was pleased with the quality of the material. She loved the way it looked on her.
