I placed an order with Missacc for my sister wedding

I placed an order with Missacc for my sister's wedding after reading reviews praising their great quality and customer service. However, I now believe those reviews are dishonest and fake.I am petite and normally wear a US size 2. I carefully used the measurement chart provided on their website, but when my order arrived, the dress did not fit at all. When I reached out to Missacc, they claimed their sizing standard matches US sizes and insisted that I had ordered a size 4. I replied that if that were true, the dress should be too big on me, not too small.They then told me to keep the dress and offered a partial refund of just $15.00. Their math is incredibly weak—$15.00 is not a fair partial refund for a dress that costs well over $100.00. I have no intention of keeping it; I don't need it, and I am not going to waste my closet space.When I asked for a return label to send the dress back, they refused. Their return policy is horrible. They love to sell products, but what you actually receive is far below what they claim. They simply do not deliver on their promises. Please save your money and do not order from them. It is way too much hassle.

The dress I purchased was $244 and does…

The dress I purchased was $244 and does not fit. The company asked for my measurements which I provided along with a picture. They have sent multiple emails offering me a $60 refund, and I keep the dress.
I have requested a full refund and they refuse. The only form of communication is via email, they do not have a customer service number. I will never order from them again!
