Beware of this shop. I purchased a jacket there recently and there was 2 prices tags on the item which I only found out later. I was charged the dearer price and when I sent emails to the shop indicating I was overcharged by €40 they implied I put the second tag on the jacket myself as they had no idea where it came from!! Check prices and tags before you buy anything here!

Dreadful service
I placed an order with Mizenhead for collection in a North Face store. The order was processed and the amount taken from my bank account. Three days later I still had not received a notification of delivery/collection. I attempted to contact The North Face store and could only leave a voicemail. Then magically five minutes later I received an email from Mizenhead saying that they could not fulfill the order and would refund my bank account. Shoddy customer service. Will not be purchasing anything from any store connected with this company. A sad reflection on Irish ownership
