My midi dress arrived quickly and looked as expected. I also received good help with my return although there is still some room for improvement.

Scam website :( SHEIN quality with mega prices. No response from emails. Do not buy

The website makes it appear as though the company is based in the Netherlands. Actually, if you want to return anything, you have to send it to a random address in China that isn’t listened anywhere on the website at your own cost! Cost me £12 to return a dress that felt and looked cheap!

I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering my dress. It was far too big and when I asked to return it and be refunded I was offered a 10% ‘goodwill’ refund and then 20%, as it’s shipped from china ( which isn’t clear ) I felt the only choice was to accept as it spoke of been so expensive to ship back and there was no guarantee I would get refunded.
AVOID like the plague!!! Shocking!!

I ordered two dresses (£79 total) and both were really poor quality - awful stitching, cheap fabric, frayed edges. They came with no labels and in cheap packaging. The company is stated as being based in the Netherlands but returns are to China (was can cost upwards of £25 to return!) the company was awful to deal with. They offered various discounts but I absolutely didn’t want the items. Eventually they agreed to refund me in full (although still waiting for the funds). Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

Scam company based in China avoid avoid. Poor quality dress disgusting quality and colour, will cost me £20 to return to China. Reported to trading standards, hoping to get refund through Klarna.

Very poor quality, long shipping, terrible returns policy with you having to ship back to china. It doesn’t mention any of this on the website!! AVOID

Expecting nothing or poor quality garment - see other reviews. Website has people taking selfies instead of models. Have reported them to credit card company and authorities.

I bought a dress for an event and it was absolutely disgusting material, i bought better items from shein. When i emailed them about the return, i didn’t get a reply and still trying to return it as the dress was £70 and still haven’t had a reply tried to message them as well….again no reply. Completely waste of money

Awful product quality, inaccurate sizing, very long shipping time and costly returns process. I ordered two 'linen-blend' dresses that were 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The sizing of the items was completely wrong, with a small dress running larger than a medium one. The items took ages to arrive as they were shipped from China. When I raised a complaint I was told I had to pay for return shipping. Appalling, fraudulent company. Please do not waste your time or money.

Terrible experience with Maravinee. Turned out to be a dropshipping company. I order a dres that i would like to return. The offering 30% discount on next order instead. After complaint i got offered a 50% discount on next order. But i will never order anything from this store. I only want my money back. Filled a complaint at paypal to hopefully get my money back.

Ordered three dresses and was very disappointed with the quality when they arrived. The fabrics felt cheap and the dresses looked nothing like the quality suggested by the website photos.

When I asked to return them, I was surprised to discover that I would need to ship them to a warehouse in China at my own expense. The website presents itself as a UK-facing business and I could not find any clear indication before purchase that returns would need to be sent to China.

The company initially offered a 10% refund if I kept the items, then increased this to 20% after I complained. In the end, I accepted the partial refund because returning three dresses internationally would have been expensive and time-consuming, but I do not feel this was a fair resolution.

My biggest issue is not just the quality of the dresses, but the lack of transparency around the returns process. Had I known that returns would require shipping to China at my own expense, I would not have placed the order.

I would not purchase from this company again.

The dresses arrived without any tags, looked nothing like the photos advertised, and the quality is unbelievably poor. The fabric feels cheap, the stitching is terrible, and the products are nothing like what was promised.

I feel completely deceived. This company is misleading customers and taking people’s money for products that do not match their descriptions or images.

What makes it even worse is that they give the impression of being based in the Netherlands and provide a UK support number, but the reality is very different. Had I known this was a Chinese company operating under misleading information, I would never have placed an order.

Avoid this company at all costs. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Well first thing is, their site shows it is based in the Netherlands, but with a UK number (wish I noticed that before I purchased). Then it is shipped from China. It took ages to come. I ordered the dress for a holiday, the dress I got is a badly made dupe of the dress in the picture. It is also meant to be connected in the middle and this is not. I am gutted I didn't look for reviews before purchasing. Wasted £39.95 in a time when money is tight. I know trying to send it back will be a pointless task from reading other reviews. So not only am I out of £40, I can't even wear the dress. Luckily I am a seamstress and will turn this into something wearable.

The boots I bought have gone through two rainy days and still look fairly new. They feel reasonably sturdy without being heavy, though the overall build is fairly standard.

Wasn’t expecting much when I ordered but thought I could return to Netherlands.. turned out I could only return to China at great expense as they are well aware .. cheap Chinese crap!!! Avoid!!

Ordered a pair of shoes last Saturday. Which promised next day delivery, but I'm still waiting. I have a wedding tomorrow, and when I try to track my order, it says it can't find it. Also, it's been saying its on the way since last Saturday. What a joke!

Update: the shoes have arrived and they're nothing like the shoes I ordered. Never ever use this site!

This is a terrible site. I ordered a “dress” that was blue and floor length. The dress arrived it’s not the right colour and it’s also not a dress. It is a dutsy skirt and top combo. Completely defective. The bottom part of the “dress” was to be plated and it wasn’t. Additionally it was a skirt not a dress.

When I went to return it, the address on the website was Klein brembrood 24, 4641 RH Ossendrecht, Netherlands. The dress arrived from china and the return address was china. The cost of the return also fell on me to return it to china.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.

Brought a dress: Seraphina | Pima Cotton Gathered Bust Midi Dress, and can see why the dress was more than half price discounted. The shade of yellow compared to the picture was completely different, the dress was see-through and has loose threads throughout the entire material and looked like it came from Shein/Temu. Not worth £39.95 that I paid and also took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive causing it to come after my event I ordered the dress for even-though scheduled to arrive before the event date. Telling me that if I return it I'm not guaranteed a refund as their workers determine whether I should get one. Sizing was completely wrong as well as reviews say to size up once but still didn't fit and therefore should size up at least 2 sizes. Complete rip-off and not worth buying anything from them if same.
