Great range of products for musicians at all levels. I recently purchased a Yamaha and Roland keyboard from them. I also purchased a new keyboard stand and carry bag for the Roland GO KEYS.

Communication with the store about my order was replied to within 24 hours. Shipping to rural Australia took only 3 days once dispatched. Extremely rare for remote locations.

They charge reasonable prices for shipping large fragile items. $25 compared to the $50 or more other music stores charge.

Overall I would recommend Mannys for your music gear needs. I’ve been buying instruments for 30 years and I will be a repeat customer of this store!

A big plus for their website functionality searching is easy. You type in keyboard stand and you get keyboard stands. So many other big online stores make it next to impossible to find what they have. I searched Roland Go KEYS on several of the well know music stores and I got every keyboard they had which I had to scroll through to find the one I wanted. Mannys search function is excellent. As is their range of products!

You guys are always on the ball... didn't take long for me to receive my tuner.

Huge range on the website with some great prices. Easy to order . Approx 9 days for delivery.
Would be nice if there was a little gift thrown in, like a Mannys Pick or something similar.
Will definitely order with them again and love the Fender Rumble L25 I ordered.

Disappointing service and communication from the team at Mannys..
I received the case however as per our communications I was also looking to purchase the Xdj RX3 controller that goes in it. Unfortunately due to a lack of communication or timely response I purchased the controller elsewhere and as it turned out, for a considerably better price..

Everything went very smoothly. They even refunded the postage (I wasn't meant to be charged) very quickly. Very happy customer.

While the sale and collection process was easy enough, it would have been useful for the staff to provide additional information that my product required power requirements that were not provided with the instrument. It would have been an easy sell for them and made my experience, and my daughter's birthday, much more memorable for the right reasons. Pretty disappointing this information was not provided from a business that should know their products and types of clients better.
