I placed an order on January 20th
I placed an order on January 20th, on January 21st the order status was changed, but today is January 25th and there are no changes. On the website they told me that the order has not even been processed.

Thanks for the review. I'm sad that we only godt 1-star.
I have looked into your case and can see my colleague is already in charge on your mail same day that we got it and following up with Bring.
I can see, that Bring hasen't scanned the package correctly and where it is will they find out today - confirmed from theirs side.
Our phone is open all workdays 10-15, but can go on voicemail if to many are calling at the same time. Sorry for that.
My colleagues will help you out asap regarding to the missing package.
